Tilberthwaite Lodge is a short stroll from the shore of Windermere on the popular White Cross Bay holiday park. With ramp access and parking for 2 cars it is in a quiet cul-de-sac location. There is lake access for water based activities and amenities on site - pool, activities, etc. a one-off fee is payable on site. Spacious open plan kitchen/living area with recliner sofas, well equipped kitchen, Nespresso machine and dishwasher. A decked outside area with furniture and views to distant fells.

The village of Dockray overlooks Ullswater with walks from the door to Aira Force waterfall, Hellvellyn or The UIllswater Way. The C2C cycle track runs from up the road along the old roman road from Keswick to Penrith. Friendly pub with dinner & ales is 2 min walk down the road.

The cottage has a private parking space, EV charger, shared private jetty, and is ideally situated just a 15 minute walk from Windermere train station and centre where you will find an array of shops and traditional pubs.
