Menna was great, always happy to heat the hot tub up for us! The little sleeping pods were comfortable with a really nice bed! And the location was brilliant, not too far from Snowdon which has the most amazing view! We had a fantastic time.

Had a great couple of nights in this Hut. so much so that we wanted to book an extra night or two but there was no availability. Can't wait for our next visit. great location! so senic and peaceful. Signed was fantastic, super quick to respond to any messages. This is a little Gem and definitely worth a visit.

We had an amazing stay at erw Glamping, everything was clean and very cosy. We loved using the fire heatet hot tub. The only point I would note is that I wish on the listing it was noted that only a certain amount of wood would be provided. In the future I would bring my own wood as there wasn’t enough provided to heat up the hot tub for the entirety of our stay and to make use of the fire pit. But all in all, had a lovely time. Amazing stay. Great location, and very friendly staff. Shepherds hut was lovely and comfortable, with everything you need. Communal toilets were also nice and clean. Only very minor annoyance (and I’m being very picky here) was a bit of a queue for the loos in the mornings. Not a big deal as just had to wait a few minutes, but another loo would be good if the site is busy. But highly recommended!

Me and my daughter had a lovely weekend here. The hut was perfect, with fabulous facilities. My daughter loved playing outside and seeing the horses and donkeys. It's in a great location, would definitely recommend to anyone.

A idyllic haven of peace away from it all in the Welsh hills. The cleverly fitted out hut is charming and has everything you need for a short break . We were warmly welcomed (with home baked bread and other essentials) into Verity & Ceri's lives for a very enjoyable immersion in the local environment... plenty of walks....nice pubs (we loved the Raven Inn at Llanarmon)...and a visit to Verity's glasswork studio is not to be missed. We'll be back....

Well appointed accommodation in a quiet rural location. Only 15 mins walk to the Pontcysyllte Acquesuct and 8 mins drive to Llangollen. Russell is a friendly and welcoming host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, making the most of the BBQ and the lovely outdoor seating area. It's a great base for the outdoor activities , whether it be canoeing across the Aqueduct or walking to Castel Dinas Bran. We took in the Zip World at Penrhyn Quarry.

Perfect stay for a peaceful night away from the city lifestyle, beautiful surroundings by the lake with natural wildlife. Barbara was a brilliant host with great communication and very clear instructions, she kindly pre heated the Hot Tub for us which was appreciated for our arrival. The BBQ and log burner were a great addition with the Hut being fully equipped with cooking utensils for what we needed, lovely and cosy with fairy lights and lovely outside lighting. The outside bathroom was very clean and easy to access. Overall brilliant stay will definitely recommend to others or to return for another visit in the future.

Stayed one night and loved it, the Shepards hut is clean and bigger than you expect. It has everything you need, and the scenery is lovely. Great value for money!

Wow! Stayed here for two nights for an anniversary break away. The location is amazing and the set up is fantastic. Loved how there were distinct little areas i.e. sleeping lodge, living and cooking, outdoor spa type area.. the dream! The accomodation is really secluded and at the other end of the lake from the other two lodges, so felt super special! Fishing peg available there and we caught a couple and lost a few more! Hosts are super lovely, really responsive and kind (leaving welcome bits and grabbing us a brolly to help with not being drenched leaving!). Has everything you need for a special break away. Will be my 'mindful space' for some time to come! ❤️ Hope to visit again soon!

A lovely place to go away for a weekend retreat to relax! Beautiful scene and views. We took our little dog and the enclosed area around the hut was great for him to run around in nice and secure - the gates do have a little gap under so just keep an eye if you have a small sneaky escapee dog!

Me and my partner had an amazing time, everything about the stay was perfect! There was lots of space, everywhere was clean and the host was lovely and welcoming! Prior to the booking the host was also very helpful and responsive. The hut was even better than the photos! 🤩

My daughter and I (and our dogs) had the most wonderful break at Penny's huts. Traffic had been awful for us both, coming from different ends of the country, but Penny was very accommodating and made us feel at home right away. We were greeted with beautiful views, a large grassy area for the dogs to play, the prettiest shepherds hut bedrooms, pristine bathroom, the wonderful artsy rustic barn, a kitchen with everything we needed and three sofas to choose from. There was milk, butter, yogurt, fruit, amazing sourdough bread and superb cake, along with a selection of cereal. The dogs played, we drank tea, ate cake, admired the views, and kept company with the family of swallows nesting in the barn. Rustic perfection in a perfect location - we didn't want to leave and will be back as soon as we can. Thank you Penny, it was just what we needed.

We had such a lovely 2-night stay in the shepherd’s hut! It was the perfect little escape for me, my son, and our dog. The hut was easy to find, cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. Hayden was a fantastic host,so friendly and welcoming. We also had a lot of fun with their two lovely dogs, which made the stay even more special for my son. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful countryside getaway. We booked last minute after being stuck in standstill traffic on our way up to visit family in North Wales, the booking process was seamless and was followed up by a message from Bronwyn right away with further information and details. Really flexible with us arriving late in the evening - beautiful surrounding, peaceful and had the best night sleep!

absolutely lovely little secluded spot on their land with amazing views. the hot tub and fire pit were great for relaxing in the evenings. the hut had all the key amenities, as well as the lovely touch of providing eggs and milk from their farm. super comfortable and surprisingly spacious bed, even my 6'4" husband fit comfortably which isn't always the case! ideally situated to take a quick hop over to boarder to Wales to see the lovely sights it has to offer! can't recommend enough

What a gorgeous place, i miss it already. To us it was perfection...a gated safe spot for our dog and not confined so he could roam freely. The hot tub was lovely and i read a whole book in 2 days. Our entertainment was watching a dove tend to her nest, enjoying seeing our very happy dog on his first hols, playing a board game and chatting. No wifi no tv. Llangollen has enough going on too but this was a bit of paradise above a busy lovely little town.

Kelly’s Place was super clean, tidy and really well kept. The hut had everything you needed from fully functioning kitchen and bathroom to heating (even heated flooring!) would definitely stay here again as it was private with our own patio and garden area with seating. Perfect for someone who likes walking, we tended to drive into Llandudno town but the option to walk was easy and straight forward too! Kelly was always available and quick replies made it easy to get into contact with them! Thank you Kelly!!
