Apartment holiday rentals in River Cetina

We had a wonderful stay at Branimir's vacation rental! It was clean and spotless and well decorated. The location was perfect near the hustle and bustles but felt quiet and private with the shutters locked up for the night. Excellent communication and he was nice enough to let us leave our bags in the room for a few extra hours. The only real negative is that even with the instructions and photos it still was very difficult to find. Adding a couple extra photos (like from the main plaza) or a hand drawn map or short video link would have saved us 15 minutes and asking for directions several times. It was well worth the journey though! Highly recommend

This place is a jewel. The view from the balcony is wonderful - it is tempting to enjoy watching the harbor activity exclusively. But the short walk to the Riva and easy access to the commercial port facilities adds value. A grocery store is downstairs! Helena was very helpful with every question and particularly with guidance on places to see and means to get there in and around Split. Should we visit Split again, Helena's place will be first on our wish list.

The accommodation was absolutely perfect, clean and fresh. Very comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom and shower and a beautiful kitchen, which also contained basic ingredients (oil, salt, pepper, but also tea and coffee) which was very helpful. The tap water was drinkable. The view from the apartment to the harbour was beautiful and it was possible to enjoy it on the spacious terrace. The beach was really just a few steps away and at the turn of May and April it was completely empty. We must mention the hostess Melania, who is the soul of the apartment house and will do everything to make you relax. Thank you very much!

Coming from the States, it is so nice to find a place where you can walk everywhere! we loved this spot as dinner, drinks, the Riva, the marina, beaches, coffee and activities were all walkable. The highlights of the spot for us were D16 coffee, Articok restaurant, Diocletian Palace, and having a supermarket in walking distance too. I cooked an awesome meal on our first night and the kitchen was fully stocked. We had everything we needed. Swimming at the beaches to the west and Forest Park Marjan were also great activities if you run or are up for longer walks. Beautiful place!

We had a wonderful stay at Elvir's apartment! Despite being in the bustling center of the historic area of Split, the apartment was so quiet at night with the windows closed and AC unit on. We were steps away from amazing food and cafes, and the apartment itself was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We would 100% stay here again if we are ever in Split again and couldn't recommend it more to anyone else looking for a quaint place to stay in the center of the historic city. It was marvelous!

We had an amazing stay, Paulina was super helpful and kind. The place has everything you might need, Paulina left us a bottle of wine, water, orange juice and milk for our stay which was super nice! It’s very close to two supermarkets, has a bakeries, pharmacies and walkable distance to old town.

Beautilful views , right in front of the beach. Very convenient for visiting Split (15 min away) or Omis. Walking distance to a bakery and small supermaket. Free parking in premises. Host provides beach chairs and umbrellas, which is very convenient. Well equiped kitchen. Having two baths was also a plus. Will definitely recommend for staying in the Split area.

Ivica is a welcoming and responsive host. The apartment is well equipped. Perfect for a couple’s stay. Good appliances. 2 lifts to get you to the apartment. The neighbourhood is peaceful. It is within walking distance of the BacVice beach the Green Market and the Riva! It was a great stay and worth the price.

We had a great time in this really beautiful and well-equipped apartment overlooking the sea. In the morning, greet the day with coffee on the terrace and end the day there in the evening with a view of the Split skyline. It doesn't get any better... Lily and Jonathan are very attentive and caring hosts. We sincerely love for everything! 😊

We travel all around the world and Ivana's place is definitely one of our favorites. She went out of her way to make us feel at home right from the beginning and her incredible positive energy really made us love the place. The location is very good and the place is close to the beach and everything you need. The view was amazing and we would definitely stay here again. Ivana was very responsive with any questions that we had and gave us many recommendations for things to do in the area. We had a minor issue with an appliance that Ivana and her husband came to take care of right away which we really appreciated. If this place is available we highly recommend that you book right away and the hosts will take care of the rest!

This flat is in the perfect location and a lovely place to stay. So close to everything and has all you need. Maja was a great host and even let us know when we could check in early! Would definitely stay here again 😊

Robert and Natalija were great hosts. They were easy to communicate with as to location and checking in. Robert met us and took us to the apartment. The apartment was in a wonderful location in the middle of Diocletian’s Palace and very walkable to everything. It was extremely clean and had everything you would need for a long term stay. Unfortunately we only had one night. I would say this is one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in on Airbnb. If we are in Split agin I would definitely stay at Natalija and Robert’s place.

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. We are so happy with this accommodation on our holiday, we had a fantastic trip and the apartment had a good location and the kids loved to bathe in the jacuzzi in the evening! Highly recommended! Anita was great to deal with!

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, spacious balcony area perfect for a family outdoor dinner and relaxing in the hot tub. Easy walk into the old town - about 15 minutes. Marina provided clear check in instructions and recommendations on restaurants which we tried out and enjoyed! If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and unwind after a busy day exploring then you should definitely stay here.

Josips place was great! The apartment was safe and comfortable. The terrace with the hot tub was great for evenings relaxing and taking in the views. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

We had a wonderful time at Marinas apartment in Okrug Gornji! She was great at communicating with us and making sure we had everything we needed😊 The apartment was the right size for the three of us on a girls trip. The pool was amazing, clean and a great place to spend the day! There are many beaches nearby and restaurants!🏖️🍽️🍹

Location, location, location. Large, quiet, clean apartment steps from everything. Fourth floor walk up, but the manager (Duje) is terrific and even helps carry up some of your luggage.

Very pleasant stay in Split in accommodation close to the centre but peaceful and relaxing.

The view from the apartment is beautiful and the town of Omis was an unexpected gem. We actually enjoyed it more than some of the larger cities. Boris is attentive, accommodating and gracious as a host. If you want the hot tub make sure to contact him in advance.
