Cozy, electrified log cabin near Ikea & Kuopio. The cottage has 2 beds in the living room, 2 lofts and 1 sauna dressing room. The cottage is on a quiet slope plot with pine trees, but not suitable for those with poor mobility. The beach of Kallavesi is about 200 meters away, the lake is visible from the porch of the cabin. There's a barbecue hut on the beach that you can use. The cottage has a small kitchen and a sauna with a shower. Tap water is drinkable. There is a clean Biolan compost toilet in the yard of the cottage. There is a private spring-fed swimming pond nearby.

100-year-old log cabin

A 100-year-old rebuilt log sauna cabin in the tranquility of the countryside. A good night's sleep is guaranteed by a futon mattress and the opportunity to enjoy the sauna in the warmth of the wood stove while admiring the lake from the landscape window, in the summer you swim in the clean-watered lake, in the winter you jump into a refreshing ice hole. You wash with water heated with a traditional bucket. The needs are done in the outdoor toilet. There is no rush here, but the rest of the world is forgotten. Still, only a half-hour drive from the city's services.

Welcome to relax in the embrace of the forest! Ranta-Mäntylä is located on the shore of a beautiful lake full of fish (Kallavesi), in the midst of nature, in the courtyard of our home, only a 25-minute drive from the towns of Kuopio and Leppävirta. The property includes two buildings. The heated cabin comfortably accommodates two people. In the summer, the sleeping enclosure has sleeping places for two. Guests have access to a barbecue, a paddle board and a rowboat. There is an additional charge for using the hot tub. Please book the hot tub in advance.

The cottage overlooks a beautiful and illuminated lighthouse. The cottage was built in 2002 and has been well maintained. The property is a regular cottage, not a hotel. Ideal for summer and winter accommodation. There is a rowboat on the beach. The cottage has a living room, kitchen, bedroom, sleeping loft, electric sauna, shower, dressing room, toilet, air heat pump and a large fireplace.
