The windows offer a magnificent forest view, and there is no disturbance from neighbours. The house comfortably accommodates up to 10 people, has three bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom facilities include a sauna and a hot tub. From the yard, you can access the jogging path directly, which becomes a lit ski trail in winter. The distance to the services of Kajaani city centre is about 3 km

Ukkohalla, one of the four villas of the new holiday village on the shore of Lake Syväjärvi, near the ski slopes. The lake, northern lights and slopes open directly from the large windows. In a separate beach sauna, you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna, with a view of the lake landscape from the large windows, both from the sauna and the magnificent fireplace room. The service building has a laundry room and a fitness room. Electric car charging points, 2 pcs 11kW type2 and 2 pcs 16A Super suko, are included in the rental price.

Villa Kataja holiday home in Paljakka

Built in 2014, our cabin is located in Paljaka, close to ski trails and mountain bike routes. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. The glass-railed terrace, which runs the entire width of the cabin, allows you to experience the peace of nature in both winter and summer. The yard has a wood storage, a fire pit, and a lot. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shops: Puolanka town centre 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Genuine cottage atmosphere in Kainuu

Lapland is full, come to Kainuu! On a sunny, forested plot in Kajaani, an atmospheric 6-person cottage with a wonderful wood-heated beach sauna. The sun shines on the cottage beach late into the evening. The beach sauna is located right on the water and the cottage itself is a little higher up on the plot. Inside the cottage, running water, indoor toilet and shower bring a little luxury to your stay. The cottage is equipped with a covered large terrace with views through the forest to the back of the lake.

Cozy, clean apartment with its own entrance. Fully equipped kitchen. You can heat the sauna daily, cool off on the sheltered terrace, grill (gas) and a fireplace is available. Beds made in the bedrooms (160 cm, 120 cm). Living room sofa bed (140 cm). Travel beds for small children. Pets are welcome (please remember to inform us when booking). Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani towards the airport.

Not a resort. Not a hotel. Exactly what Finland actually looks like. A small off-grid cabin on Lake Oulujärvi running on solar power and firewood. No running water or indoor plumbing. That’s intentional. You light the sauna, pump water from the lake, and cook on gas or an open fire at the laavu. Note: this stay requires basic outdoor skills. You must be comfortable making fires, bringing your own sheets and drinking water, and doing the final cleaning before checkout.

Villa Kivirinne on the shores of Lake Oulujärvi offers peace and relaxation in the middle of winter nature. You can sit in the hot tub in the warm water in the middle of the bitter cold weather and watch the northern lights over the lake. A wood-fired sauna awaits on the beach, and the villa has all the modern comforts. Nearby (about 30 min) Arctic Giant – Jättiläisenmaa offers husky safaris, reindeer rides and snowmobile trips.

Ukkohalla ski & sport resort lies 15 kilometers away.

Come and relax in the unique Ukkohalla. The cottage is located a stone's throw from all activities. Ski slopes, Ukkohalla's sauna world and Wakerada are a 5-minute walk away. Ski slopes and sledding tracks 150m away. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The reason is the steep stairs leading downstairs.
