Responsive host to messages and very friendly, the house is very spacious and tidy, it offers more people to sleep, the kitchen is also left with food to have breakfast. Recommended place for those who want to stay for more than one night

Very nice stays in this beautiful accommodation. The community is very friendly. There is an easily accessible train in the city next door to go to the tourist attractions. After long days in the cities with people in a hurry, it's good to come back to this beautiful community!!

We had a great time, the place is even more beautiful than in the photos including the view and the terraces. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and very responsive.

Michele took very good care of us, we even had a free shuttle service to the train station to go to the national park, incl. advice. He recommended us very good restaurants and even booked them for us. The accommodation was very clean and he is very eager to fulfill every wish. It was a wonderful experience, in a house that to say perfect is to say little: private parking, house well-stocked with everything, very clean, quiet, a great mattress, even the possibility of eating out thanks to a private terrace. All this is set in the context of the small town of Pitelli, a hamlet 8 km from La Spezia, which has an excellent supermarket, a pizzeria, an Arci club, a butcher and even a pharmacy! All within a 3/4-minute walk from the house. Enviable location, impeccable service from the host and attentive to our needs: we can't wait to go back!

Agnese was exceptionally kind, always responsive by message, she was able to give us advice and support us during our 3 days there. The accommodation is great, quiet, perfect for disconnecting from the world for a few days with a splendid view of La Spezia. We recommend 100%.

Casa marvellous! Everything very clean and tidy and the house is very well equipped! Gianni was a great host in every way! The house is very close to a subway station, so the locomotion was very quiet. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures! All wonderful. We highly recommend!

Mrs Gabriella was really so kind. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but she helped us check-in early even though she was on duty. The accommodation is so clean and well-organized. In addition, she provided fruits, bread, snacks, wine, and harmonies etc. If I have a chance, I would like to stay at the accommodation again. See you again!!

A perfect stay — even better than expected! I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb. Fede and Frank were incredibly responsive and kind — communication was smooth and helpful every step of the way. The space itself felt like a home away from home: cozy, well-equipped, and in a fantastic location. Whether it was enjoying my morning coffee with a view, exploring the nearby neighborhood, or just relaxing after a long day, this place had everything I needed and more.We especially appreciated the baby cot for our baby. Highly recommend staying here — I’d come back in a heartbeat!

Franc made us feel very welcome in this cosy Airbnb. It is easy walking distance to the train-station which is a real bonus in this area. You really feel the vibe of the location and is in a great position to do all the fantastic walks using the local C.T pass ticket. Franc was very friendly and responded quickly to questions. We would love to go back if possible. Wee note. - if using a mobile phone for communication during travelling you loose communication regularly with all the tunnels so best to make arrangements before you get on the train.

Very nice and helpful owners, they helped organize a trip to Cinque Terre. Just around the corner there is a bus stop, buses run twice an hour, it takes about half an hour to get to La Spezia train station by bus. A pleasant and clean apartment, with a table and chairs outside. It is located on a busy street, but you can survive :)

Spacious and well described apartment for 2 of us. Unfortunately we did not have the best weather to take advantage of the outdoor space but this would have been lovely. What made our stay so excellent was the great communication and personal and friendly welcome. Giuliano was there to meet us and give us helpful advice and then Giuseppe and Laura were so friendly and helpful during our stay, despite our poor grasp of Italian! We were even offered a lift to the station on our departure. A real old fashioned personal Airbnb experience. Thank you all so much.

Great apartment in the heart of La Spezia! Easily walkable to everything — the train station, ferries, museums, restaurants and shops. The washer/dryer was essential in allowing us to pack light on our 2 week Italian adventure. If I’m ever lucky enough to be back in the area, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

David and Roberta are truly the best hosts! Their place is dreamy beautiful and they go out of their way to help you have the best experience. Whether it’s the delicious breakfast served each morning or doing your laundry, David and Roberta go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are genuinely so kind. Excellent experience with Débora, all impeccable. It's a little far but public transportation works well. Also the room and bathroom (and the house in general) are 5 stars without a doubt.

Our stay at the Eremo was wonderful! Yes, there are many steps to get up to the house, but it is very worth it for the beautiful views when you get there! Marco was very friendly and welcoming — he went above and beyond to tell us all about the town and area, gave us recommendations for things to do, and was always available if we needed anything. Breakfast was lovely, we really enjoyed our time and wish we could have stayed longer!

Cristina is a wonderful host. Although you are in her home - she leaves you alone but is readily available. She was so kind and so generous. Breakfasts are wonderful. Your room is private with its own bathroom and is very clean. The view (chasing sunsets) is really lovely too. We came back here often to simply relax. It’s very close to lots of things. The ferry to Cinque Terre towns is very close. Train is about 800m and mostly flat. We would definitely stay with Cristina (and Joe) again if we get back to peaceful Levanto. So lovely after the busy towns (but amazing!) of Levanto. 11/10 for us!

We had a lovely stay! Breakfast was a total highlight, it was delivered to our balcony every morning to enjoy! Raffaelle was extremely responsive and helpful, we felt right at home. It should be noted, if you are going to make the walk from the train station to the hotel with luggage, take the route a car would take, NOT the walk your phone will tell you. It is only stairs and gravel for 10 minutes straight, it’s nearly impossible to haul your luggage up. Lastly, the beds were SUPER comfortable and the AC was a much needed plus at this time of year. It was exactly what we needed and the hospitality exceeded expectations, totally recommend.

Really enjoyed staying at Giuliana's place. It was walking distance to the square and close to the harbor where you could hop on a ferry to visit neighboring islands and villages. There were lots of restaurants to choose from within the Lerici. Giulian was extremely helpful and responsive. Loved that she provided a light breakfast, coffee and juice in the morning. The wifi was also strong so I could do some work while I was staying at her place. I highly recommend Giuliana's place.
