I can’t say enough wonderful things about my stay – especially about Sara, who was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment I booked, they were proactive, communicative, and incredibly gracious. Every question I had (even the smallest ones) was met with kindness, patience, and prompt, helpful responses. Throughout my stay, Sara went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Sara anticipated needs I hadn’t even thought of and made me feel genuinely welcome and cared for. It's rare to meet someone so thoughtful and dedicated – not just to providing a great stay, but to making you feel like a valued guest and a friend. It wasn’t just hospitality – it was heart. I left not only impressed, but truly grateful. If you have the chance to stay here, don’t hesitate. The place is awesome, but it’s Sara who makes it exceptional. This is a spacious modern home near the top of Black Mountain looking west. Nestled on the side of the mountain with a 40 store high view across the valley. Beautiful sunsets from the second floor deck or patio below. Kitchen is well appointed and modern. Everything works. Spacious bedrooms. Very quiet yet secluded. Nate was a great host.

This place was better than expected. It was clean, spacious, relaxing,well equipped, easy to get to also. Elizabeth was very commutative, and accommodating. Had Newer appliances,nothing to old. Area was safe and had plenty of light if needed. A+. Will not be disappointed.

Hayley’s place was perfect for what we were looking for! The views of the mountains are amazing and the private feeling, while still being less than 10 minutes from stores and restaurants, was ideal. The house was clean, check in and out where both super simple, and the pool/hot tube/fireplace were all well maintained. Would absolutely book here again in the future.

We were visiting our daughter who lives just outside Rio Verde. The location was great for us because it was less than 10 minutes from where she lives. There are a few great restaurants within about 10-15 minutes but it’s a bit of a drive from the Scottsdale area. The amenities on site are great and we felt right at home! It was comfortable and the bed linens were so soft and great. It would be a great spot for a small family or two couples. There is laundry available and a full kitchen with all you would need. The pool/gym area are great! It’s a great spot for a quiet escape.

Really clean and quiet home. Furnishings a bit mishmash but the cleanliness outweighed the aesthetics. We had really planned to use the golf cart advertised as my parents live within Rio Verde and we could easily drive to their home…However a few days before checking in we were told no golf cart. No compensation was offered and tbh not really a “we’re so sorry”. Just sorta too bad. Big picture not a huge deal, but a replacement or repaired golf cart should have been provided. If renting, dbl check all available amenities if they are important to your decision!
