Firstly Nicholas is a great host. He makes the effort to communicate much before you arrive. This is a very central place and all walks / tours can be planned easily from here. There is so much to do in Seville that we didn’t get a chance to use the cool outdoor plunge pool more than once but when we return we shall!! The master bedroom is big! Lovely patio area to relax and have drinks Real Alcazar and Seville Cathedral round the corner…. So convenient … lovely walk via canal path to Triana which has nice restaurants. A circular walk from Nicolas’s place - by Canal de Alfonso XIII - Parque de Maria Luisa - Plaza de Espana - into the lovely jardines del Sebastian, past Plaza Don Juan de Austria, skirting Universidad de Seville and then into Murillo Gardens with lovely Oleander trees - through Santa Cruz and back to the place for future guests will emphasise the central location. We absolutely loved our stay in Manu’s apartment. We felt just like a local in our own apartment with the markets and close to all the attractions. We loved cooking in the kitchen, the bathroom was great, hot shower and there was a washer/dryer and we washed every day. The bed was very comfortable and there weren’t any stairs to carry luggage up, thank goodness. The air conditioning was a blessing, but best of all, Manu was fantastic, he answered all our questions super quickly and was so lovely to deal with. Location, location, we were so close to everything and we were in the beautiful old town which is the place to be especially if you want to enjoy the real Spain. We would absolutely stay here again. We had a great time in Sevilla, also thanks to the host's proactivity. We arrived the day of the historic power outage that led to the nationwide blackout in April 2025 and Marisela, Carmen and Fabio put everything in place to ensure a smooth check-in (the doors being fully automated). The apartment had a top equipment and is well located with the entire city center being easily accessible by foot. The immediate surroundings are very cute with many bars, tapas restaurants and pittoresque streets. Great value for money!

Lovely apartment, in a fabulous area, all the best places to visit easily walkable. Very quiet and pleasant area felt safe and secure. Towels and bed linen changed every other day, apartment kept neat and clean by Vanessa ( coffee pods topped up and many extras supplied) Rosa gave us helpful, friendly advice, and was quick to answer messages. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment as a great place to stay.

He was a very good host. He had placed a lot of helpful informations in the house regarding the life in Sevilla. The house was nice. It had everything you needed and more. I really reccomend here for anybody who is coming to Sevilla!

Our stay was so nice! We had a great Easter week with family, the pool when the sun is out is amazing and the location is stunning, private and tucked away in rolling hills with amazing views. It’s a stunning villa, plenty of places to relax and read, easy to have lots of people here and still have privacy - feels like home. Maria was very helpful, always responsive and welcoming. She provided some great local recommendations including restaurants and day trips. Highly recommend! Beautiful part of the world and amazing host and villa.

We were very comfortable in the accommodation, it had all the amenities and the village was very quiet and beautiful.

Daniel’s place was perfect! We were right in the center of old Seville. The location was exemplary. The local cuisine was marvelous. Daniel’s apartment is gorgeous. All the rooms were perfectly clean, and the colors of each room really gave us a sense of being distinct but traditional. All the amenities were as described and were in excellent condition. Daniel even made sure we had cold water in the fridge on arrival, a complimentary wine bottle that we enjoyed. Lastly, the view from the 2 leveled roof was straight out of a movie I wish I could give this listing 10 stars! I would definitely come back! Thank you for everything!

A very nice experience, a quiet area and a host worth meeting. We used the house mainly to sleep, our intention was to tour the area. Good people and good place. 100% recommended.

Staying at Stephanie's place was a joy. We immediately felt right at home. Stephanie and Javier were quick to provide local recommendations, property was beautiful and the views were stunning! The property was amazing, especially for kids. Fantastic amenities, incredible bedrooms. Only thing is if you want privacy from any kids while in the bathroom you have to go to the one by the pool ; ). Would absolutely stay here again in Sevilla!

Loved the location. The house was charming and we felt very secure (double gates and double locks) even though the neighborhood seemed safe. They had air conditioning in each room which was nice on those hot days in Sevilla. Loved the kitchen layout and the overall charm of the house. Our group of 10 felt at home and had lots of areas to congregate. Definitely would recommend.

Best location ever! Garage parking is a big plus when you are traveling by car, because there is no place to park your car in Seville. Great restaurants right outside your door, and Starbucks is just 1 min walking distance from the apartment. A lot of nice local coffee shops to get the great pastry! Absolutely loved the interior design and apartment furniture, super comfortable beds, and enough storage in the closets. Highly recommend!

Marilo's apartment is very nice, clean and cosy, you feel very good there. The bonus is the jacuzzi, very appreciable after a day of sightseeing in Seville, which is located only about ten kilometres away (about 25 minutes by car) Marilo is a caring host, very attentive and available. We had a great stay, thank you Marilo!

Beautiful apartment, very clean and with many amenities. Perfect common areas for children (swimming pool, tennis and paddle tennis courts, park, etc.). Definitely a perfect stay. Altura beach (Portugal) is 10 minutes away by car and Isla Canela is 15 minutes away by car. We will be back!

A lovely sized apartment with plenty of room to stretch out. Big living area and lounge. Air conditioner was great and cooled the house down well along with the block out shutters. Needed when Seville was 40deg all week. Supermarket just around the corner. Easy walking to the many sites and train / bus stations.

The host family was very welcoming, kind helpful. The apartment was perfect for our short time in Seville- the location was super close to grocery stores, restaurants and a short walk to the Plaza de Espana. We would definitely recommend staying here when you're visiting Seville.

The stay in Francisco Javier's apartment has been very pleasant, tidy and sufficient services (to add something would be knives with a good cut. Flexible in/out times Francisco gave us a lot of information about the area that was very useful, and Jesus there in the attentive and helpful apartment. We were unlucky with the wind that didn't let us enjoy the wonderful terrace, but well, vacations are to be on the street. Everything was perfect.

Having experienced many types of accommodation, this was the best. Extremely clean. Thick, good sized towels. Excellent washing machine and even a dryer, if needed. Excellent air conditioning. Very well equipped, how often do you find yourself needing to go and buy washing up liquid, laundry tablets, toilet rolls etc on the first day of your holiday? Not here! Bus from airport is 45 minutes to a stop only 7 minute walk to the apartment Location is great to walk into the centre, along the river, to Triana and Macarena areas. Lots of good places to eat. Excellent comms with the host. Would recommend and want to stay there again.

We had a terrific 10 week stay at Fernando's place. There were a few minor snafu's our first couple of weeks, but Fernando was always quick to respond and quick with a solution. The apartment itself was clean, efficient, and well provisioned. Kitchen supplied everything needed to successfully cook a great meal, bathroom was spotless and offered multiple sets of towels, bed was comfortable, with multiple sets of sheets, pillows, and blankets. Living room comfortable, light, and airy. And...as everyone mentions, the terrace is amazing. Short walk to shops, beach, restaurants, and a couple of small markets. All in all, it is a very homey place, it doesn't feel like a short-term vacation rental. Would not hesitate to book again!
