Beautiful Penthouse located in the center of Seville. It has two floors, with large terraces and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the city. A light and large apt over two floors with large terrace and mirador. Located on the top floor of a beautiful c19th building, restaured by the owner architect. The apt has a private gallery entrance and on the first floor there are two bedrooms with high quality double beds, a lovely sitting room with wood burning stove, a library of interesting books and a piano. The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower-over-bath and shower cubicle. On the second floor we find a lovely kitchen with original tiled flooring, a pantry, washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with shower unit. The kitchen opens out onto a conservatory with sofa, dining table and chairs and onto a terrace with views over the city and the nearby Barroque church of San luis de las franceses. The penthouse has wifi, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and woodburning stove. Restaured 5 years ago. The Church of San Bartolomé is a Catholic parish church in the city of Seville, it was built between 1780 and 1796, on an ancient synagogue; at its feet the orange trees sweeten the air with orange flavor. 5 minutes away is this house inspired by its green and vanilla colors that only invite and calm you after a day of wanderings and emotions lived in Seville, as a refuge of peace and comfort. The home has the highest qualities, to ensure the comfort of the guests; high ceilings and wooden beams support it. Upon access to the apartment there is a stick and wood lock; on the right is a pickled wooden door where you discover the seating area and the open kitchen, behind this there is a bathroom, with a porcelain and wood Xline cladding. The master bedroom is located to the right of the sitting area; three large windows with their wooden shutters face the building's facade with balconies. The second bedroom is located inside the same apartment through the gallery, down the glass and wood closure hallway giving an interior patio.
