Upon entering the apartment you meet the fully equipped kitchen and a bar along with tall stools to eat or work on it; the living room with its pleasant wood and marble fireplace and designer furniture invite you to rest after your long stroll discovering our city. The master bedroom area has a window with a wooden closure that gives a small interior patio; the bathroom, with a large wooden closure and wooden shutter, large format coating by Porcelanosa and wood, give greater warmth and cleanliness so that our guests always feel at home. The second bedroom is located in the same apartment up a few stairs with a large arch of half a point and wooden floor makes a viewpoint to the apartment. Beautiful Penthouse located in the center of Seville. It has two floors, with large terraces and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the city. A light and large apt over two floors with large terrace and mirador. Located on the top floor of a beautiful c19th building, restaured by the owner architect. The apt has a private gallery entrance and on the first floor there are two bedrooms with high quality double beds, a lovely sitting room with wood burning stove, a library of interesting books and a piano. The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower-over-bath and shower cubicle. On the second floor we find a lovely kitchen with original tiled flooring, a pantry, washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with shower unit. The kitchen opens out onto a conservatory with sofa, dining table and chairs and onto a terrace with views over the city and the nearby Barroque church of San luis de las franceses.
