Monthly Rentals in Rio Grande

Eric and Melanie's place is excellent! When we first reached out to Melanie about the listing, she was so friendly and helpful in answering all our questions and has been amazing throughout our whole stay. The location is convenient to two parks for our runs (San Pedro Springs and Brackenridge), and the bus system easily gets you to a large grocery store, downtown, Market Square and Pearl. Their home was the perfect size for us (two adults). The WIFI was sufficient for streaming and working remotely, and the kitchen had everything you need to make meals - even a blender, which we used for daily smoothies! The Alta Vista community is very friendly! We really enjoyed our San Antonio trip, and I think Melanie and her cute bungalow played a big part in our feeling at home.

It was a nice little place to stay for a couple if weeks. The neighborhood felt safe and was convenient for where I needed to go. The noise level was very low as well. Overall it was a great experience!

This is the second long term stay I have had at this location and would continue to come back anytime I am in the San Antonio area. The unit includes everything you might need for a long term stay including fast internet if working remotely. Elizabeth is friendly and fast with any help or assistance needed. The area is quiet and friendly as well. As mentioned, would definitely look to stay here again the next time I am in town.
