Holiday rentals with a patio in Río Filobobos

Gabriel was very nice and answered my doubts. The apartment is nicer than the pictures. It is located in a very small private, considered that if they carry a car. You can walk about 5 minutes to the main avenue where taxis and public transport pass. Nearby there are shops and it is very close to Caxa and restaurants.

This place was exactly what we needed and it had a great balcony view! The instructions were clear and it made it easy to gain access to the place. There is no AC unit but the rain cooled down the temperature significantly and all the rooms had fans and we did not even end up feeling hot. Me and my family would stay here again!

Good accommodation, very good location, close to pharmacies, convenience stores and close to the center of Xalapa.

The apartment is small but it is super comfortable, there is no noise, curtains that block the sun, a nice bed, I recommend it because it is very close to the center, there are very nice places to eat nearby, I would return to this little place without a doubt, I highly recommend it

The large house with entrance for cars, the beds are comfortable and pillows too, the house was very clean in general, it is well located, everything is close and in front there is a laundry that can get you out of a jam. The hosts are very friendly and attentive at all times! They greeted us personally, thank you. I'd definitely come back!

Ivan's house is amazing. It is perfect for a family or a spacious place for two. I love the detail (e.g. there was complimentary water in each room as a welcome. And in the showers they put enough shampoo) These details seem very nice to me. The neighbors (two families with their chic little shops) are very nice. The whole area feels very quiet. Everyone greets you and you don't hear any cars at night. If you need a big house to rest, this is super cool. It looks like a residential villa. take into account that there are many taxis in the center - there is no uber in the city (if you ask for a taxi I recommend saying the area called "Colonia Zaragoza" since there are 3 streets in papantla with the same street name. In total, I give this apartment 10/10 stars. Thank you Ivan for the accommodation.

We felt right at home in this beautiful apartment. So close and walkable to many interesting places and of course to great restaurants in Xalapa. The apartment had all the amenities that we needed. The apartment is located in a safe and peaceful part of Xalapa. Can’t wait to go back.
