We had a great stay here, everything was very clean and had great amenities to use from the kitchen to the bathroom and other supplies. The door in and out was super easy with no key and just a code! Plenty of steps and a little much with lots of luggage but I will say the steps are worth it with the height at which the place is at with it’s incredible balcony! By far its best feature and was used my myself and my partner the most especially around midday as the sun was in perfect position. The only unfortunate things I will say about the place is the water pressure, in the kitchen sink mostly but also the bathroom one. This made washing up near to impossible with the pressure of the sink and also with zero hot water out of that tap too.

I stayed for a few days but would definitely come back, the area is very quiet, the apartment clean, has everything you need and Diana was on the lookout from when I arrived until I came out for anything we occupied! Amazing place to stay!🙏🏻✨

The location of the very good place in a quiet area one block from the beach, the place clean pool of good size, the bad that in the apartment I stay does not have a sink or stove, but in the pool part they have a grill and a sink

Good accommodation if you're looking for easy access to the rest of the city, public transportation and taxis are very frequent. Good space to rest and for basic needs. It can get a little uncomfortable with the noise from the road, but other than that everything is very pleasant.

My family and I were staying with David. The house is modern, spacious with a lot of natural light, the house was clean, tidy and with easy to understand instructions. The location of the house is not in the very center of Teziutlan, but there are many accesses to get to and several well-known shops. Recommended to David 100%.

Oscar is very helpful. It gave us great recommendations from the surrounding businesses (convenience stores, dining, market, etc.). It's close to downtown and fast lanes. One can move very easily from the place to anywhere. Widely recommended to Oscar and to the stay.

The house is spacious, beautiful and very comfortable, just as shown in the pictures. Everything was clean and well taken care of, and the space is perfect for rest and enjoyment. Everything was very good, we had an excellent time with the pet. Even though it's a shared place, it feels pretty private, an excellent place to rest as a family. The kitchen has the basics to prepare food and the staff are very attentive to take what is missing. Clean Albercas are constantly providing maintenance. It's an excellent choice.

My experience was excellent. The apartment is very nice, clean and quiet, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view from the rooftop is simply spectacular, perfect for relaxing and enjoying. Also, the host was incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure everything was perfect. We were very helpful staying here as it was because of an emergency that we couldn't continue our way to CDMX. We were able to rest very comfortably and close to there we find the spare parts we need to resume the journey. Everything was on the phone, I didn't meet Daniel in person but he prepared every detail for our arrival, the attention he gave us was very good and he took a weight off of us.
