Monthly Rentals in Rio Blanco County

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The space was super clean & cozy. The beds were super comfy, the appliances were really nice & clean, and the TV was super nice. Fast internet as well. Evelyn was also a gracious host & was proactive with communication! We’ll stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area for work.

We enjoyed our stay at Shannon’s place. She was very responsive and helpful.

Very beautiful place with gorgeous scenery, friendly animals and very kind owners. The food selection was abundant and the homemade banana bread was a nice touch. The owner went and found a basketball for my youngest to play with their basketball hoop that’s in the back. Only FYI for people would be that there is no door that separates the upstairs main home from the basement rental. We could hear upstairs in the morning. It was fine for us as the owners are super kind but just would’ve preferred to be aware upfront.
