Amazing place for staying in Riga

Perfect place to stay for any kind of trip. You feel like home. Super clean and well furnished apartment, very modern. Amazing terrace! Very quiet area. Many restaurants nearby. Everything you need for a perfect stay. Maxim&Maria are super hosts. Always available to help. Next time I will definitely book their place again.

Such an amazing place it was so beautiful and clean and really modern. I felt just like at home and the location is in a quiet place that helped me relax and enjoy my stay whit out any loud noises. I would recommend this place to anyone that asks me about a great place to stay.

Es izīrēju šo dzīvokli uz divām dienām un biju ļoti apmierināts ar savu pieredzi. Dzīvoklis ir moderni iekārtots, ar plašu un gaišu interjeru, kas uzreiz radīja mājīgu atmosfēru. Viss bija tīrs un kārtīgs, kā arī lieliski aprīkots ar visu nepieciešamo – sākot no virtuves tehnikas līdz pat nelielām detaļām, piemēram, tējkanna un vannas piederumi. Ērta gulta nodrošināja labu naktsmiegu, un dzīvoklis atrodas klusā rajonā, kas ļāva izbaudīt mieru. Vieta ir lieliski sasniedzama, un apkārt ir dažādi veikali. Noteikti izvēlētos šo vietu arī nākamreiz!

Superbe appartement, très beau et bien décoré. L'hôte est super sympathique et très réactif. Pour un court ou un long séjour je vous recommande cette appartement.

Jauka un mājīga atmosfēra, arī īpašniece ļoti atsaucīga un pretimnākoša. Brīvdienas izdevušās labāk, kā plānots. Noteikti brauksim vel!☺️

Я второй раз у Каспарса. Все неизменно отлично. Все, что Вам необходимо есть. И даже скругленные углы, как были у моей бабушки. Дом реновирован. И со вкусом. Старый сервант времен королевы Виктории, аккуратно восстановлен и покрыт прозрачным лаком. В него встроена современная мойка с горячей водой. Быстрый интернет. Шведский "душ-солнце", набор посуды, холодильник, шкафы, плечики, фен, утюг, набор полотенец, как в отеле. И приятная заботливая атмосфера. Я ставлю ОТЛИЧНО.

The staff was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Place was cosy and private right by the river. The house was really warm. There was only one big minus, it was the jacuzzi/hot tub - had to wait long for it to get warm, but thats no big deal, but once it got to 40-45 °C, the host turned it off and forbid us to put the heating on by ourselves. So the water stayed good and warm for about 30 minutes after which it started to get cold. So 50€ for a 30 min hot tub is rather sad, plus there is now way to enjoy the hot tub next morning before leaving.

Liked the place, everything was orderly. Some outside boards on terrace and porch were a little loose and the backyard is a little small, but everything else was good. Check-in and check-out was good, place was clean, nice stay.

Kaspars was very kind, very responsive and flexible. The place was very cozy, peaceful and felt like home immidiately. Definitely will visit next time also!

Everything was great! Rita was nice and helpful. The place is not too far from city center and sea.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war sauber und cool eingerichtet. Die Highlight ist die Sauna. Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. 10 Minuten bis zum Stand. Es ist nur zu empfehlen.

Квартира в удобном месте, не далеко от центра, рядом есть небольшие магазины. Очень удобное расположение комнат, что подходит для отдыха с детьми. Очень хорошая изоляция. Рядом находится небольшой парк для деток и большой для прогулок. Инструкция по заселению, короткая, очень четкая, пошаговая, что разберется даже ребенок.

El alojamiento de Martin es perfecto y bien situado, cerca de un centro comercial y a unos 15 minutos andando del centro histórico. Además, el disponer de plaza de parking para el coche te permite visitar otros lugares de Letonia y no preocuparte por dónde dejar el coche. ¡Recomendado 100%!

It's a stylish place and easy to park and use a tram. Found a wonderful restaurant and the Anatomy Museum near. Super comfortable bed! We had an electric car so valued that we were able to change it in the yard.
