Brunná - 1*bed apartment in Stykkishólmur

Brunná is a cosy apartment in the center of Stykkishólmur within short walking distance of the the pool, supermarket, restaurants and the harbour. It has a separate entrance on the ground floor. The bedroom is furnished with a Valet size bed (140cm). The kitchen corner is equipped with cooking utensils such as hotplates, and a microwave as well as all major breakfast utensils. Please note that there is no WiFi available. No smoking. Please consider that we live upstairs with small children.

Renovated cabin (2021) is located nearby the ocean with lovely oceanview, only few miles from the historical Snæfellsjokull glacier. Good comfort in the house. It is equipped with a big fireplace and outdoor jacuzzi on the 100 sqm terrace Varieties in outdoor walking tours to experience the nature. Such as lava, glacier, mountains, caves, waterfalls and old fishing villages. Historical place with amazing geology as well as rich birdlife. The culture of this region is worth the experience.

Hella is a place that is nice to stay at. The apartment is 120 sqm wich includes three bedrooms, in two of the rooms are beds (160x200cm) and you can see Hellissandur and the beautiful Atlantic ocean out the windows. One of the bedroom has a bunk bed. One bathroom, very spacious living room with panorama view of the glacier Snæfellsjökull and a large equipped kitchen. Things that you can do while you stay here is take a walk to Ingjaldshólskirkja and many other fun thing.

Each cabin has a private hot tub, perfect for stargazing and watching the Northern Lights. In winter, access is easy, as we clear snow with a snowblower or tractor as needed.

Setberg is a farm and it is 7 km from Grundarfjörður. Grundarfjörður is conveniently located in the middle of Snæfellsnes and provides easy access to Stykkishólmur, Snæfellsbær and the Snæfellsnes National Park. Kirkjufell mountain is the landmark of Grundarfjörður. This charming cottage has a great view across the sea of Kirkjufell mountain.
