House holiday rentals in Rieti

We loved our stay in Sara's rustic farmhouse cottage with its glorious views across the valley, little hill towns on the other side and a beautiful scenic drive across to Orvieto on one side (about 1 hour) and Todi on the other. The pool was heavenly. We only had swimming weather for the first week but we were in every day. When the mornings were cold, I also enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning sun, reading and drinking my coffee. The garden is also beautiful and very quiet. It was so peaceful here - and what a dream to have the pool to ourselves. Sara lives in the other half of the house with Simone, her partner, and Eugene, the dog - but we never saw them (they have their own entrance) except when they were cleaning the pool. The house is full of art and ceramics, some of which are Sara's own, and we even had lunch in Todi at Simone's restaurant. Yes, the road is rough, but so are all roads in Umbria. We have a mini and the road was not a problem.

We stayed for 2 weeks in August 24 in this gorgeous house. The 3 of us and our dog had an awesome time there and enjoyed all the great amenities this house offers: Starting from comfy beds, clean bathrooms and a small but really well equipped kitchen over the absolutely beautiful garden with lots of fruit (fig, pear, pomgranate etc.) trees, a nice patio and the big pool. The communication with Roberto (house owner) was exceptional - he was very proactive and informed us in all cases when the gardener was showing up, or when he took care of the pool. In these occasions he also supplied us with nice pastries from Rome - grazie again for this kind treatment. Roberto also organized a wine tasting/menu in the vicinity for us, which was another highlight of this vacation. We can only recommend this house and Roberto and his wife Marta as perfect hosts, and are grateful for being given the opportunity to stay there. We will come back in the future!

Dejligt hus og dejlige omgivelser. Helt perfekt til store familier/flere familier Huset har ligesom 3 afdelinger med eget badeværelse Køkkenet er meget veludstyret, og det en fornøjelse at bruge den udendørs pizza ovn Værterne er hurtigt til at svare, og Carlo viseværten var hurtig til at hjælpe med småproblemer

Adelaide’s place is very peaceful -- you can hear the birds chirping in the garden and there's a comfortable hammock a few steps from the front door and an outdoor shower nearby -- and yet it's only a few minutes from Atigliano. Important for me: Adelaide is a dog lover and was very kind and helpful with my dog, Mocha. The only small drawback is that the indoor shower is tiny. I'm tall with an average build and could hardly fit in it. But the lovely outdoor shower (which provides privacy) made up for it and is a treat on a hot day.

L'alloggio di Sara e Salvatore è un gioiello curato nei minimi dettagli. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo tutte le piccole attenzioni riservate ai loro ospiti. La vista è incredibile e si gode di una tranquillità impagabile. Gli host sono disponibilissimi. Speriamo di riuscire a tornare prestissimo!

Un petit paradis sur terre. Nous avons vraiment passé un séjour incroyable dans la dépendance de Giorgia. Si vous recherchez un lieu calme et paisible, perdu au milieu de la nature à seulement 30 minutes de Rome, c’est le logement qu’il vous faut. La vue et la piscine privée complètent le charme d’une maisonnette propre et bien équipée. Si en plus de ça vous êtes des amoureux des animaux, vous serez vraiment comblés avec des chats aussi mignons qu’affectueux, un âne, un cheval et des chiens qui rendent l’expérience encore plus inoubliable. On reviendra, c’est sûr !

Adele is the best host we have had in our history of AirBNBing. She helped us when we got stranded, she was proactive with her communications, and extremely friendly. She is an angel, and we truly enjoyed staying at her property. The property itself was gorgeous, spacious, with stunning views, super clean, and had more than required amenities. Overall, we loved our stay and we would return to Adele 100% given another chance. THANK YOU!

Donkeys and Roses is an enchanting paradise in the breathtaking Italian countryside. The house is historic and elegant with a gorgeous porch and upstairs deck for enjoying breakfast or an evening glass of wine. We loved swimming in the luxurious, well maintained swimming pool, cooking in the magnificent kitchen and then relaxing on one of the gorgeous living room sofas. Nearby, there are many enchanting villages seemingly untouched by tourism. Our day trip to Rome was quick and easy as we parked our car inexpensively for the day at the local train station and then took a direct train to and from the centre of Rome. Enrico is the perfect gentleman and our communication was always a pleasure. We both agreed that this is the best Airbnb that we have stayed at over the years. Everything about our stay was perfect and I can’t imagine a more amazing Italian villa than Donkeys and Roses.

Had an amazing stay here. Really beautiful flat with all the amenities and a patio. So gorgeous. Everything is really modern and clean. Would totally recommend! Matteo was super responsive and a fantastic host. Hopefully will be back in the future!

Amazing stay here ! We really enjoyed how close it was to the Colosseum and we really loved the Rione Monti area which is just a ten minute walk and has lots of bars and restaurants. Would stay here again next time we are in Rome !!

La piccola casetta di Claudia ha tutto il necessario con una bellissima vista sulle montagne. Il posto è ideale per passeggiate e riposo in mezzo alla natura. Claudia è stata fantastica, molto disponibile e gentilissima. lo consiglio vivamente!

Il casale è FAVOLOSO! Siamo stati in questo bellissimo posto in 7 persone, l'intera mia famiglia! ogni camera corrispondeva alla descrizione, pulita e confortevole. letti comodi e zanzariere utilissime in campagna! i miei genitori hanno apprezzato tantissimo la suite al piano secondo, ed i bagni erano dotati di docce comode ed acqua calda. la ciliegina sulla torta è sicuramente lo spazio esterno! il giardino a perdita d'occhio, il silenzio, l'aria pulita... l'amaca! abbiamo fatto un barbecue con altri amici in vacanza domenica sera, e lo spazio ha soddisfatto le aspettative di tutti. è stato difficilissimo lasciare il casale lunedì mattina, e svegliarsi oggi non circondati dalla natura ha messo ancora di più l'accento su quanto sia stato magnifico il nostro soggiorno! informazioni tecniche: il centro città dista poco a piedi, ma come tutti i paesini della zona aspettatevi salite e discese abbastanza ripide! vale comunque la pena! tutti i paesi vicini a distanza di 25min. d'auto! SUPER!

Diese Unterkunft war einfach nur gemütlich! Wir haben uns so gefreut, für uns zu sein und unter Olivenbäumen die Ruhe zu genießen! Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und wir haben uns schnell wie zuhause gefühlt!

Great house, comfortable and very atmospheric, with a lot of character. Excellent location just outside of the walls of the town, perfect base to explore Umbria. The house is spacious, very well equipped with everything you can possibly need during your stay. Eleonora is very welcoming, helpful and responsive host. We enjoyed our 1-week stay in Villa Dorata so much and would highly recommend it for your future vacation in Todi/Umbria!

Abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa vacanza di Pasqua in famiglia (io, mia moglie e i nostri due bambini di 2 e 8 anni). L’appartamento, appena ristrutturato, è accogliente, caldo e profuma di legno. Dotato di tutti i comfort, con cucina attrezzata e letti comodissimi, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Il giardino è ampio e curato, perfetto per rilassarsi mentre i bambini giocano. Il cane di famiglia, educato e dolcissimo, ha fatto compagnia ai nostri figli per ore: si sono divertiti tantissimo a giocare a palla insieme! Una menzione speciale va a Stefano e Stefania, i proprietari: gentili, disponibili e sempre attenti, ci hanno accolti con calore e ospitalità. È raro trovare un posto così autentico, dove sentirsi davvero in famiglia. Una Pasqua indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca tranquillità, natura e un’accoglienza sincera.

We loved at stay at this beautiful place! Andrea and Chiara were wonderful hosts, responsive, helpful and very resourceful! The accommodation was spotless and perfect for our little family of four (2 adults and 2 young children). Plenty of places to eat nearby and the view of the lake is just spectacular! We wish we could have stayed longer.

Esperienza altamente positiva, Un soggiorno indimenticabile nel cuore dell’Umbria! La casa in campagna è accogliente, immersa nella natura e perfettamente situata per visitare comodamente tante splendide città vicine. Un’oasi di pace che rende ogni giornata speciale: relax e scoperta a portata di mano. Consigliatissima!

ciao Ragazzi siamo venuti dagli USA per la festa della mia Cittadinanza.ho portato con me amici e famiglia. ho vissuto a circa 15 minuti dalla casa nel passato quindi per me é stato come tornare a casa. Stavo cercando qualcosa di unico, un posto che si raccontasse da sola , un posto tranquillo, un posto con verde e zona da condividere come una partita di calcio ecc. i spazi sono usati benissimo, tutti comfort. Solo 35min da FCO int, e circa 25min ai parioli. c'é il trenino a 10 min circa che vi porta a piazzale flaminio , cosi non vi stressate per parcheggio ecc. c'é un ottima fraschetta locale a 6 minuti di auto, altre scelte a circa 10 min, ed un grande supermercato a 9minuti. attenzione alla strada per arrivarci di notte, 2/3min ci sono alcuni rialzi dovute alle radici dei alberi. Silvio simpaticissimo, tanto carino ma tanto riservato (il giusto, non invadente) consiglio questo posto magico, a famiglie amici e coppie, che hanno voglia di rilassarsi e divertirsi (cn rispetto)a presto

Definitively a beautiful city and staying at Bernardino’s meant a comfortable plus to our visit to Rieti, we will come back with no doubt!

La casa di Francesca ed Emanuel,è fantastica,pulitissima,situata in un posto tranquillissimo,e con un giardino bello grande,con olivi e fiori,completamente recintato,cosa molto apprezzata da chi viaggia con cani,come noi,contenti loro,rilassati noi !!! La casa è ben organizzata,ha tutto quello che si può desiderare e anche di più,tipo,la scopa elettrica,molto utile !! Tante piccole accortezze da parte degli host,che fanno subito venire un sorriso,(prodotti per la colazione,capsule per il caffè,bustine mono uso x la doccia),sono coccole,davvero apprezzate !! Vicino alla casa,con davvero pochi minuti di macchina,una marea infinita di cose stupende da vedere. Altra cosa,molto importante,nel letto,si dorme da 100 !!!!!! L'host,Emanuel,simpatico e sempre disponibile !!! Straconsiglio a tutti,questa casa,veramente perfetta ! P.S. Abbiamo sempre pranzato fuori,sul tavolo di fronte alla casa,in compagnia degli uccellini........

La graziosa dependance di Roberta ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative e ha reso il nostro soggiorno più che confortevole. Roberta ci ha accolti due ore prima del previsto e, come fossimo persone di famiglia, ci ha fatto trovare una deliziosa torta di mele e una bottiglia di spumante per l’occasione del compleanno del mio compagno, di cui l’avevo messa al corrente al momento della prenotazione. Come se non bastasse, il frigo era pieno di yogurt di ogni tipo, latte e succo di frutta. In cucina c’erano molteplici varietà di tè, caffè sia in polvere che in cialda, biscotti e brioches, fette biscottate, varie tipologie di confetture. Roberta è stata carina, gentile, disponibile, affabile e il suo b&b la rispecchia appieno. Letto comodissimo, asciugamani profumatissimi, shampoo, bagnoschiuma, phon di una discreta potenza. Insomma, il luogo perfetto in cui alloggiare per visitare comodamente Spoleto e dintorni ma soprattutto per godersi del sano relax in una tenuta immersa nella natura.
