Easily accessible from the airport (35 min S-Bahn line 8) Close to downtown/opera, etc. (5 minutes by U-Bahn [subway] + S-Bahn [suburban train]/10 minutes on foot) Close to the fairgrounds (10 minutes by U-Bahn) On the way to the mountains - e.g. Chiemgau/Chiemsee (35 minutes by train) or Salzburg (1 hour by train) - our spacious apartment is centrally located opposite the Ostbahnhof in a very quiet courtyard, close to Munich city center, in a pleasant neighborhood. Close to stores, cafes, restaurants and beer gardens.

You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

We offer here our completely newly renovated, stylish Munich 2-room apartment (56 sqm) as accommodation. It is located in Bogenhausen, about 2 km from the center. Great connection via public transport. Nearest subway and S-Bahn station is 100m away, bus stop is right outside the front door. Shops in the immediate vicinity.
