Sitting on our 200 acre estate this authentic barn offers our guests a chance to relax in the beautiful rolling hills of Vermont. Access the vast majority of our historic Stowe area land -- from our apple orchards to our extensive walking paths in fields and woodland. Step outside and there's so much to do: hiking & mountain bike trails, disc golf, Summer Concert Series: "Live Music on the Lawn," and leaf peeping in the fall. This studio allows you to escape the hustle and bustle - but is still centrally located between Burlington and Waterbury/Stowe.

This private one-bedroom non-smoking apartment is located in Underhill, Vermont. The property is located just down the road from Underhill State Park, at the base of Mt. Mansfield. The apartment has recently been completely renovated and includes a tiled rain shower, soaking tub and large private back deck. It is just a 2-minute drive to hiking trails and mountain biking; 20 minutes to skiing at Smugglers Notch; and 35 minutes to Burlington.

Beautiful Mountain Views, Rustic Family Homestead

The guest suite is on the top floor of our family home. We live on the lower level. This property has been in the family since the 1940s when it was a working farm. Much has happened between then and now, we are now restoring and reclaiming the farmland and property. So yes it is mostly quiet and rural here, but also there are kids playing, tractors and tools running sometimes, and goats, hens, ducks, geese and dogs.
