House holiday rentals in Richmond

What a great stay! The hot tub was one of the nicer ones that I have seen at rental properties ... it was large and in great shape. It was also hot when we arrived. There were plenty of towels for the pool and hot tub. The place is also very close to Kings Island (less than ten minutes). We also really liked that there were two separate areas for a fire (fire pit and a chimney stove). We did not use the extra gaming space shed, but it looked like it would be great for kids.

Kazeem was very communicative and helpful with questions about the place. It was accurate in what you are getting, but I would say the price is a little too high per night. It does have a pool but it wasn’t heated, so just know that if you are interested in swimming. Otherwise it was close to the Main Street of Muncie to amenities.

Everything went as smoothly as possible. Amy was excellent at her communication. The frequent emails with information was very useful. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood. The house was extremely clean and exactly as pictured. Would definitely consider staying there again if traveling to the Hamilton area again.

Our family of 20 had such a great time. This historic home has been beautifully restored, and we could see and appreciate its original aspects. The staircase, the high ceilings, and the gorgeous decor took us back in time. The updates were much appreciated as well - the swimming pool, the standup video games, the pool table, as well as the updated kitchen. Our grandchildren enjoyed swimming and then walking down to the corner ice cream shop!

I had stayed here once before as a guest, so when I needed to travel to Cinci again it was an obvious choice. I received detailed instructions before checking in - so the only reason I couldn't leave a review on responsiveness was because all questions I could have had were answered ahead of time! The place is clean and spacious, and the area is quiet with a lot of street parking (we found it easier to just park on the street in front of the house most of the time, but having the garage parking was helpful as well). I didn't take advantage of the nearby amenities, but Top Golf was within walking distance and I believe some restaurants and shops were as well - I can confirm though that there were plenty of delivery options :) Overall it was another great stay and I highly recommend it!

Great place. Lots space. Nicely decorated. The patio was perfect. My only comment, it can be weird how the patio can be seen from outside. Fencing does not provide enough privacy, in my opinion. Other than that, great place!

Wow! Such a great host. Tyianna responded within minutes when an issue arose. Beautiful home, spotless, warm and welcoming. Had three kiddos with us and there was so much to do. The game room in the lower lever, numerous board games, and of course the pool. We swam every day! We were extremely happy with our stay and will probably check on renting it again next summer, thank you Tyanna! Chris Hintz

It's a nice place out in the country. The pool was fun and relaxing with lots of seating throughout the house. Find your spot and enjoy! I did. My only complaints are we had quite a few big ants in the master bedroom and living room on our first night. Didn't see any the next night. It's summer! The host said she would spray and I believe her. The other is the fence in the back yard stops where the neighbors park so its not totally private. Deal breaker? Absolutely not. I would stay here again! The host was great! I don't want to speak too highly about the place so its not booked up for the next year....... so I can come back ;)

Our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Krista has meticulously prepared the home, making it both inviting and fully equipped The welcoming homemade coffee cake and fresh fruit were just the beginning; the cottage was impeccably furnished with all essentials right down to S'mores supplies and firewood. With the cleanliness and comfort we felt right at home, complemented by the beautiful surroundings. Krista’s personal touches, like checking in on us and crafting a bubble wand for our grandkids, truly set Copper Dream Cottage apart. We’re already planning our return!

Thank so much! What a gem of a property you have here! It’s absolutely beautiful! Love the story of the property and the “before” pictures. We enjoyed family time hiking, paddle boating, playing corn hole and just resting/reading by the water. Nearby we picked strawberries and hiked a water fall trail. Cedar Coffee was just icing on the cake! Literally, the zucchini cake was delicious, as well as breakfast sandwiches, coffee and chai latte! Thanks for sharing your space/property with us! It was delightful weekend and memories were made!

Great place to stay. We had a softball tournament in Greenwood and this was a decent distance from the ballpark. Would stay here again.

All weekend I kept thinking the perfect word to describe Angie’s house was “accommodating!” What a beautiful, peaceful and cozy home and neighborhood, and also so close to town. The home was spotless and had every amenity you could think of. Including wonderful items for our 21 month old daughter-pack n play, high chair, toys and books, sound machine, kids dishes/cups and more! The office was wonderful as well, as I needed to get some work done. We were in town for a funeral and Angie was wonderful and responsive to all of our messages and let us check out later after the funeral service. This place really is a dream and so well done, thank you Angie! We hope to stay again on our next visit to see family.

We were about 600 miles from home to attend my granddaughter‘s high school graduation at nearby Eaton. This place met our needs perfectly. Everything was as described so there were no surprises. There were actually more amenities than we expected and more items in the cupboards than we expected. Thanks for everything.

Relaxing setting to enjoy time with family

We really enjoyed out stay at Susan's place for our family reunion. The kids really loved the kayaking, pool table, walking around the pond and the fire pit. There were lots of spaces to hang around, play games and spend time together. It was peaceful and lovely! The kitchen was pretty well stocked, though you may want to bring extra paper products like paper towels, TP and paper plates for large groups.

We are 83 and we just packed and moved our household from our beloved house in Rushville. We were exhausted and then we had one of our contractors not show up. We were devastated and sad but we had to move on to our home in Florida. Jamie was professional and so helpful. Jamie’s house is just beautiful. Everything you could need or want has been provided. We loved this small town and the lovely park that is just a few steps away. It is a beautiful place to walk your dog or to just enjoy with your kids or just relax yourself. If you stay here you won’t regret it. It was one of our favorite places to stay and we have stayed many many places in the last few years!! You can swing on the wonderful front porch and watch the cars go by on state road 40. It was the Old National Road that crossed across the USA marking a path for the wagon trains with a “corduroy road” made of logs. I can just imagine pioneers bouncing up and down as they traveled from east to west on that rough surface.

The host was very helpful and responsive. The house was spacious and clean. We appreciated the little things, like having coffee available with extra flavorings. The garage was a huge help as we prepared for our daughter's wedding. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We recommend this place.

This stay was even better than one we had in Key West, FL, which is saying a lot! First of all, the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept like babies. The place had just the right amount of amenities for our stay, and it comfortably accommodated all eight of us. The outdoor patio was large, cozy, and included a hot tub which was not only clean but also extremely relaxing. We also appreciated the pool table, ping pong table and extra outdoor chairs – a small but thoughtful touch! We were delighted by the high standard of cleanliness throughout the property. Every corner of the house was spotless, making us feel right at home. Whenever we had questions or concerns, the owner promptly addressed them, showing a commendable level of care and attention.
