Such a nice peaceful place to stay!Was welcomed with a box of delicious Parlor Doughnuts. Deb was super helpful and sweet! Enjoyed our stay!

House was exactly as described. Very private with a fenced yard for dogs. Daniel was extremely communicative, answering messages within 15 minutes. Huge bowl of breakfast snacks and other goodies which was nice. Beds were super comfortable. A little bit outside of Owensboro , about 20 minutes, but if you enjoy a private country feel, dog friendly , comfortable, reasonable place you can’t beat this. Thank you , Daniel ! 🐾

Julie was a great host & even decorated for Christmas for us which made it great. The house was very clean and was as described. Even though the house looks small it is very spacious inside and we comfortably fit 5. The area is nice and feels safe. It was great being so close to the river and walking path. We would definitely stay here again

Stayed in Owensboro 6 weeks for buisness. We were two colleagues sharing the house and it was great for that. Location is central, there are several of shops and restaurants close by. Kitchen has everything you need and also some bottled water, coffee, snacks ect. Fast internet in every room. Thank you Pat and Lee for having us
