Little Farmhouse in the Country

Welcome to my little farm! It has been a labor of love since 2022! What started as a love for animals, soon grew into a love for hosting, hospitality, and watching the face of a child light up as they see a goat eye to eye for the first time! Come enjoy your morning coffee in the porch swing and watch the goats play, guarded by Sampson, a lovable Great Pyrenees who happily lives with his 8 friends….Mable, Callie, Mama, Fluffy, Billy, Blanche, Rose, & Dorothy. I’ll leave the light on for you!

Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, a cat, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

Mountain View, Hot Tub, Firepit + Low Cleaning Fee

Uwind at our peaceful mountain cabin, just 10 minutes from Murphy's charming downtown. Our cozy home offers the perfect mix of rustic appeal & modern comforts, surrounded by 6 acres of lush forest. Located near the Appalachian Trail, Nantahala Forest, and only minutes from Hiwassee Lake, this 2 bed/2 bath with extra loft is ideal for couples or small families looking to hike or explore. Read a book in the hammock or swing, gather around the firepit, or relax in the hot tub gazing at the stars.

Cozy Cottage on Peacock Farm

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis minutes away from Downtown Athens and Tennessee Wesleyan University. Attractions in Knoxville, Chattanooga and the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers are less than an hour away. Only a little further to Dollywood and Gatlinburg for any tourist activity you can imagine. The cottage offers a kitchen, queen size bed, TV, DVD player, and washer/ dryer. *Currently working on getting wifi in the cabin and there are not any actual peacocks on the farm.

Country style vacation setting complete with free range chickens and fresh eggs. One gourmet breakfast served for two or more night stays. Full kitchen, grill , fire pit area, seasonally heated pool, lighted gazebo and private hot tub available for use. Private, yet less than an hour to tourist attractions in (Knoxville/Chattanooga) , motorcycle destinations, kayaking and rafting. Only a little further to Dolly World and Gatlinburg amongst other day trips.

Newly remodeled and spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cozy town home located in Athens, TN. Whether you are coming here to fish, visit Wesleyan University, or enjoy beautiful East Tennessee, this home is conveniently located just off of highway 75. Boat parking available and easy self check-in to accommodate various arrival times. We also provide coffee, creamer, sugar/sweeteners, laundry soap/dryer sheets and even some snacks!

Lovely, relaxing & secluded river house. Perfect for a family getaway. Relax & unwind in our recently renovated, mid-century modern inspired home. If you like to fish, this is the perfect spot for you, as you have direct access to the Hiwassee River. Not a fisherman? Grab a book & relax on the private dock or sun porch. LIMITED INTERNET ACCESS. This is a great place to relax & unplug. The internet in the area is very slow.
