The cottage at Acqua Dolce is an adorable studio located just behind our 1827 home in the historic district of Sweetwater. Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .

Sleepy Valley Cabin

Our little tiny cabin is 400 sf. It does not feel tiny at all. It has a living room, full kitchen, bedroom and full bathroom with shower and tub. 2 TV’s with direct tv and Roku hook up, Wi-Fi, grill, hot tub, washer and dryer, fire pit, outside claw foot tub, and porch swing looking over the valley. We are a 50 acre working farm. You may here us moving around but we will respect your privacy in your area.
