Townhouse holiday rentals in Riccarton

The unit was as described and is about half way to the airport and town center. It's a quiet area, which we appreciated for when we wanted to rest. There are some local eateries and shopping nearby; about a five minute walk. The host was able to answer our questions in a timely manner and provided some local information in a welcome book. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Anne’s. Great location, easy walk to the centre of town (approx 25 minutes), comfy beds, excellent shower, warm and cosy and a fully decked out kitchen. Anne was super easy to communicate with. Would stay again.

I was away due to private circumstances, but they prepared everything so that I would not have any inconvenience, and I was able to stay comfortably.I had a question, and a neighbor gave me their number, and they came right away, and I was grateful.It was a shame that I didn't get to meet the lovely Carla, but I am sincerely grateful for the reassuring stay.I would like to visit again

We really loved the apartment, the location was excellent, it was suitable for a family of 6, we needed to bring the table and chairs from outside to have dinner, but other than that, the apartment really suited us. The landlord accompanied us and was very charming.

Perfect location for exploring central Christchurch by foot or public transport. Off street parking a bonus, felt secure leaving the car behind a gate. Bob was a great communicator. Would stay again.

We only stay there a few hours, but the house is very clean and the beds are comfy.

Wonderful place for our short stay. Less than 5mins walk to the nearest mall for groceries shopping. Kitchen was fully equipped and provided more than what we expected. Fresh fruits, cereal, coffee..etc Love the bathroom the most as it has strong water pressure. Will definitely stay again and recommend it to my friends.

Beautiful place and easy walking distance to everything. It’s in the centre of town but actually nice and quiet. Great communication Excellent location and house has great layout with bedrooms on one floor and lovely lounge and table and chairs out outside on deck. Had a great stay Thanks so much

A comfortable house in a quiet and very pleasant area. The location is perfect, with Merivale shops just 5 minutes walk, downtown 5 minutes drive, the northern motorway just minutes away, and a direct route available to the airport via Glandovey Road. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Nice house, great location, clean and comfortable. Just as described, with adequate amenities. Right next to the Cardboard Cathedral, walkable distance to major shops and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay! The townhouse was modern and cozy and clean and we felt right at home. All the amenities were wonderful to use and the cleaning was top notch. Check in and out was easy and straightforward. The only issue we had was parking. It’s street parking and there is a rough element to the street so we were nervous & it was very difficult to find a suitable park, but that’s not the hosts fault of course, just something worth knowing if you’re going to have a car with you. :) The place itself was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay! We would recommend this to anyone else looking for a cozy stay in Christchurch.

Parking was hassle-free (a huge plus!), and the location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to shops, cafes, and everything we needed. We felt right at home and appreciated how thoughtfully everything was arranged. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting the area, and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

It was great staying at Paula Kat Charlotte’s place . Conveniently located , private , clean and was exactly as we expected .

Ideal for a group with a busy agenda in the city and region. Uncomplicated location. Very good sleeping/bathroom set up with all the backup utilities required for flexible day to day planning.

Lovely place to stay, accomodating hosts with some great recommendations. Great location to get around the city, secure and super tidy! Had everything we needed and more, can’t recommend enough.
