Roquefixade is a very picturesque village and the accomodation is excellent, with a spectacular outlook. There are lovely walks in the area. We especially enjoyed the chateau circuit and another loop walk to Les Demoiselles. Tom was a very friendly and helpful host.

We had a fantastic stay at the villa in Plavilla. The kitchen is very well equipped with more than everything you need. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, the bathroom was good. The living area was comfortable and spacious. The terrace and swimming pool were excellent, particularly when the weather was warm. We enjoyed eating outside everyday and the kids adored the swimming pool which was the ideal size for playing in. Didier gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and showed us around the house. The local town of Mirepoix is about 10 minutes away by car and has a good supermarket, bakery and restaurants set round a charming medieval square. We were lucky enough to be staying during a festival, which made for a fun atmosphere. Many thanks Didier

What an incredible location! We absolutely loved our stay and felt right at home straight away. The hosts were so friendly and warm and our children especially loved their dogs Rufus and Carmen. Photos don’t do the place justice. The view is breathtaking and it really is a place you can relax and unwind. The welcome pack of wine, bread, jams, milk and cake was a lovely surprise and the villa had everything we needed! Could not recommend this airbnb more! We absolutely loved it!

Very nice cottage for a stay with friends. Well-designed individual and collective spaces. Very functional kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, Senseo, Italian, Bodum, kettle, large oven, 5 burners, a multitude of dishes and salad bowls, kitchen utensils. Pleasant living room with TV, DVD, large table, welcoming lights... Very spacious rooms with several bathrooms and toilets. Very large and wooded garden leading to the pool, sun loungers and coffee tables very popular, very functional pool house with sink, table/chairs A multitude of outdoor games In short, a very pleasant stay.

The Lauraguais dome is a unique place, with a magnificent view and all the accessories to enjoy it. Victoria is a very welcoming and responsive host! Great stay!

Our stay at Pierre and Claude's house was a dream. Laurac is a quiet and beautiful village and the house of Pierre and Claude is located in the highest part of the village with privileged views. Hard to forget! The house is very complete, with all the utensils you need and if any are missing, Pierre won't hesitate to get it for you. Always attentive and at the same time giving you the privacy you are looking for when you are on vacation. We went in August and it was a luxury since the house is cool and we didn't even need the use of fans. The location of the accommodation is ideal as the main points of interest in the area are 20/30 minutes by car. We will never forget our stay there. A little bit of our hearts has already stayed in the beautiful Laurac and in the kindness and affection of Pierre and Claude that welcomed us as part of their family. We will for sure be going back! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this lovely house in Plaigne, a beautiful scenic village in rural south France. About 30 minutes from Carcassonne airport, roughly an hour from Andorra and only 90 minutes to the Med the accommodation is ideally situated. The accommodation is comfortable, incredibly clean, maintained to a high standard and is very well equipped. Belpeche is a short drive away and the beautiful town of Meirpoix with its weekly market and good choice of shops, bars and restaurants is within easy reach. The views of the Pyrenees from the terrace are breathtaking and one that you will never tire of seeing. The hosts, Pete and Jane, are very welcoming and friendly and happy to share their knowledge on the local area. Overall a fantastic accommodation, location and holiday. I look forward to staying again.
