FINCA ESCALANTE is a duplex house where we try to merge the beauty of its façade and romantic-style colors with a modern and functional interior. The ground floor is occupied by the garage for two cars. The 1st floor of 90m2, is made up of a large and comfortable kitchen open to the dining room and living room overlooking the property and a bedroom with a bathroom. The 2nd is made up of an open office, a bedroom with a bathroom and balcony and the main one with a dressing room, bathroom and terrace. Wi-Fi, TV in all rooms.

We offer a spacious apartment (100 m2) for several families. Newly renovated, in Ribeira and a short walk (50 meters) from Coroso beach. It has 4 spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living room space with the integrated kitchen. Being located on the fifth floor (watch out, it has no elevator) allows you to enjoy a view of the entire Arousa estuary, being able to distinguish with a simple view of O Grove, Arousa Island and Ons Islands. It has a grocery store in the same building, very comfortable!
