Well presented Victorian house, ideal for a families, Walkers or Cyclists. The house is on the edge of the Lancashire countryside. Two bedrooms and also a unique office in a converted attic, ideal for any business man or woman. I must stress and inform to all guests that the steps to the attic / office are tall and with no barrier as you exit the steps. Children must be kept away from these steps, all other persons must take care also. Sky TV on a Smart TV so Netflix, YouTube etc is available.

The Coach House

This is a detached barn that can sleep up to 6 people ,the extra bed is a futon in the upstairs bedroom,bedding is provided.. it has plenty of safe secure parking.. a patio area with seating..it is close to nature and lots of outdoor space. Great for motorbikers too. It has underfloor heating, log burner in the lounge, regular oven fridge freezer, microwave. We have direct access to local bridleways, cycle ways and off road cycling. Lots of moorland directly behind the property for walking.

1800's Stonebuilt Cottage, centre of Clitheroe

Tailor's Cottage is ideally located in the centre of Clitheroe. The cottage comfortably accomodates three guests (1 king, 1 single) with additional sprung queen sofabed in the lounge. Dating back to 1846, the property has plenty of charm. Originally built to home local mill workers, Tailors Cottage has been sympathetically restored to reflect the past whilst offering fibre wifi, smart tv's and new fixture & fittings throughout.
