It has in the lower part a large kitchen/living room with a French fireplace and a bathroom, on the top floor you will find the 3 bedrooms, this floor with exit to the patio and access to the outside of the house, where there is a gazebo with a large gallery overlooking the estuary, equipped with a kitchen, barbecue, bathroom and a comfort area. You are right on the river shore ,surrounded by oak forest and old walking trails. A very peaceful spot. I rent a fully independent house, with a way down to the beach and parking at the property itself. The property's location is a very quiet area surrounded by two beaches, a large one that is Miño and a smaller one that is Lago. Less than 2km away is also Perbes beach. 3 km from the house is the village of Miño, which has all amenities. Nearby there is a wide range of restaurants serving typical food from the area. The golf course is 1 km away.
