Our home is a 10 minute stroll to 2 local cafés & a restaurant & 10 minute drive from Cowes, where you will find numerous restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and specialty shops. You will have secure access to the lower level of our home with separate entrance. The apartment includes 2 queen sized bedrooms, lounge/dining with TV, bathroom with bath & shower, laundry with kitchenette.

This property is located within 2 minute walk to Rhyll Foreshore which has a Fish & Chip shop, The Foreshore Bar & Restaurant, licenced cafe and Indian restaurant. Sea Boating access and facilities, Foreshore Fun, Fishing, and a pier. Plenty of room for 2 families plus a safe rear yard for boats etc. Cowes is a 7min drive with more restaurants, supermarkets and shops. All surf and swimming beaches are nearby. There is plenty to see and do within close proximity. A wonderful holiday spot.

Not only will you love the tranquillity and ease of access to tourist attractions, we are 6.8km from the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit and within 5 mins of the beaches, cafes, wineries & great bushwalking. We have two Air BNB's with approx 20m between them at the rear (see photos) with access to both from the shared driveway.
