Caban Fron: Private Retreat & Starry Skies

AlishaRating, 5 stars1 day ago
My partner & I just had the most perfect stay at Caban Fron for my birthday weekend. Everything was brilliant and the hosts were the loveliest people that went out of their way for us in any way they could. The location is peaceful, the views are beautiful, and the hut has everything you need. The wood fired hot tub is a real treat to relax and enjoy the surroundings in (perfect for star gazing, sheep watching and wine drinking). The little extra touches like the local snacks and hot tub being preheated for your arrival make you feel so welcome and are part of what makes this place extra special. There are even board games and a music box / karaoke machine, meaning you can really make the most of enjoying your time here. There are also ample options for walking and exploring, and the hosts were so helpful at suggesting routes and even local places to eat, just one of the ways they go above and beyond for you. We loved our stay here and would happily come back. Thank you Kate & Iwan :)

180° Sea Views-3 Minute Drive to Town.

VictoriaRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Martin & Helen are fabulous hosts. They responded quickly to any messages sent and have been welcoming and friendly. We stayed at their stunning airbnb for 4 nights and had a fantastic time. The views are absolutely stunning, they include The Great Orme, Little Orme, Sea views and Llandudno town. The outside area was perfect! Not overlooked and very peaceful. Accommodation was spotlessly clean, very comfy bed and the shower was amazing! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. My friend and I are keen walkers and explored The Great Orme on the first day. This is doable from the accommodation if you have relatively good fitness. Town centre is approximately a 40 minute walk away but did see buses on the main road. The Penrhyn Arms is a 15 minute walk away and served wood-fired pizza in a great beer garden. We couldn't pass up the opportunity to do The Little Orme as it's very close by. Overall a fantastic place which we will surely return to. Thank you, Vicky & Alison

The Nest

JenniferRating, 5 stars1 week ago
this is really a small oasis in Mold. The location is great, as although next to all the main shops, pubs and restaurants, it looks at a big garden and fields beyond. You really feel you are in the countryside. I would only recommend that a picture is added showing the house from the outside. This would help finding the place as although the instructions are detailed, I felt unsure as there's no name or number visible. The host was very friendly and helpful and we had a very comfortable stay.

Ty Gwyn Holiday Cottage - Llanbedr Dyffryn Clwyd

Paul’s place was a very pleasant stay for the 6 of us and our 2 children. The property was clean and as described with all amenities available. Paul was also able to accommodate us on a last minute request regarding a baby cot. Would definitely recommend Paul’s property for large family or a group of 6 people, or even for couples who want to enjoy the place and be close to the nature of Wales.

Finest Retreats | The Cottage

VictoriaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We loved the cottage. It was just as expected from the listing. Lovely and peaceful. We had everything that we needed and the nearest town with plenty of shops and restaurants was only 10 mins drive away. No a negative for me as I'm only about 5ft4 but taller people may struggle with the angles of the roof and lower ceilings but it's a beautiful cottage and I can't recommend it highly enough.

Beautiful static with hot tub

AshleighRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We’ve stayed in a few air b&bs as a family in the last few years, and this was by far our favourite. Set in the quiet Welsh countryside, we believe we’ve found a hidden gem with this accommodation. The static is beautifully presented, Nina was brilliant sending us the location which was generally quite easy to find using Apple Maps. The static was immaculate inside, it felt modern and clean and with welcome biscuits we felt like there was a personal touch too. We had babies staying with us, and there was a travel cot and high chair already set up which made our stay so much easier. Nina was easy to contact, replied quickly and had helpful suggestions of the local restaurants along with step by step guides on everything from the lighting to managing the hot tub (which was brilliant and got so warm!) overlooking the beautiful open fields where we sat and watched the wildlife every morning. We absolutely loved our stay, and would recommend it to anyone - and the family cats were adorable!

Ty'n Capel - converted 1800's Chapel

RupaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had an amazing stay at Eli’s place. Everything was exactly as described and the location was perfect as a hub go explore more of Wales. The house had all the amenities we needed and was lovely and airy and we loved the open plan space. Eli was super responsive and helped us with an easy check in and check out and also dropped off some supplies we needed. The only downside was that you couldn’t get into the back garden through the house and with two dogs this was a slight drawback but not the end of the world and it wouldn’t stop us from coming back again! We would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in Wales.
