The house is a short stagger from the award winning Old Stag pub and the village shop. Close to the Snowdonia National Park and the coast, both are a 20 minute drive away. Ideally situated for all the attractions North Wales has to offer, including ZipWorld, Surf Snowdonia, Welsh Mountain Zoo, Conwy, Llandudno, Betws Y Coed and much more.

Now it’s your next holiday destination. We’ve lovingly restored our outbuilding to the highest standard. The views of Snowdonia, the amazing sunsets & the starry nights are truly stunning. Large garden and hot tub, stay in and relax or venture to the coast or up to the mountains! All within half an hours drive.

Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. The four poster room has en-suite shower room and the second bedroom (twin or super king) has access to bathroom with shower above. Thanks for looking .
