Beachfront holiday rental in Rhone-Alpes

The apartment is incredible. She provides everything you could need, iron, hairdryer, toiletries, even salt and pepper. Great use of space and fabulous view. It’s tricky to get to without transport. There are many, many, many steps up! Fine if you have a car or happy to get Ubers.

Located in the very center and man can go to the shore also easily. many public transportation nearby and many shops， also neae to a fair. The apartment itself is equipped with everything and is very clean. It‘s the first time ever that I saw an air conditioner in Europe, top experience. All in all, very recommended.

We were on a girls trip and traveling with a 1 year old. We loved all of the supplies, toys, and the balcony. It was also nice to have the entire unit in the same floor with no stairs inside the unit. Walkable to everywhere and we thought the location was perfect - being close to the city center with none of the chaos. We enjoyed walking to the park and playground on the hilltop every late afternoon. Plenty of food options nearby as well as markets and bakeries. Tram was very convenient from the airport and the Nice Riquier train station was easier and closer than the main one - less chaotic. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again especially when traveling with kids if any age. Nice to have a parking spot also.

Magnificent stay at Patrizia’s! We enjoyed our time immensely, especially the patio and easy access to the area. St. Jean Cap Ferrat is a gem! We loved our early morning walks around the peninsula. Patrizia’s home was clean and stocked with some essentials for our stay. Patrizia was always responsive and helpful in all our interactions. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Therese could not have been more helpful. I was coming off a rough week of work that left me with a nasty cold when I arrived in Nice, and she was so kind and responsive. She spoke to the Uber driver, and helped me find my way to the place when things went sideways regarding my arrival at night, (the train completely stopped 4 stops short of where I needed to be-- nightmare). And she helped me get my things upstairs, and was always quick to respond to any questions. A couple more things about the place - it is a serious 3 flights up, so do take that into consideration, esp. if you have heavy luggage or any mobility issues. On the plus side, the place seemed much bigger than I'd anticipated and is funky cool. Loved the wide open kitchen space, especially.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen. Der atemberaubende Meerblick hat jeden Moment besonders gemacht. Unser Gastgeber war sehr gastfreundlich und aufmerksam und stellte sicher, dass wir alles hatten, was wir brauchten. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Location très agréable : lumineuse, très propre, confortable. L'appartement propose une vue sur la mer splendide. Véronique nous a accueilli avec bcp de sympathie. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Attention : pour rejoindre le village d'Eze à pied de l'appartement, il n'y a pas de trottoir. Il faut donc marcher sur la route; de ce fait c'est un peu dangereux.

This is a fabulous location - great for the tennis at Monte Carlo. Having three tennis courts and open air sea water swimming pool was added bonus. I personally loved the walk to the boulangerie every morning along the seafront!! We have stayed in a different apartment in the same building before which was great but Arnaud's place was much better for our needs - we loved it. Arnaud provided us with extremely useful information and helped us with our travel arrangements from the train station to the apartment. Patti was a pleasure to meet and show us to the apartment. Fantastic place - would thoroughly recommend.

la struttura è un po' datata ma tenuta bene. Purtroppo la piscina e lo snack bar erano ancora chiusi. Il punto di forza è la posizione e il parcheggio privato. L'appartamento impeccabile con tutti i comfort, anche se molto piccolo è ben organizzato. fiore all'occhiello è un meraviglioso terrazzo con vista sul golfo

The Sun Bay House was the perfect place to stay at during our first visit of the Côte d‘azur. The studio itself as well as the terrace were as beautiful and clean as on the pictures and Phillipe was always there to help! He was an amazing host with many recommendations what do to in Villefranche-sur-mer and in other cities It was one of the best AirBnb experiences we‘ve had! We will definitely come back 😊

L’emplacement était parfait, les ascenseurs ont grandement facilité nos déplacements et le logement fonctionnel.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans ce logement. Il est confortable et très pratique. Il est surtout très bien situé. On peut y venir en train. Sinon, on pose la voiture sur le parking et tout peut se faire à pied ou en train. A deux minutes de la gare de "Carnoles - Roquebrune", 2 minutes de la plage, 3 minutes des commerces à pied. L'ensemble était très propre et nous avons pu échanger très facilement avec les propriétaires par messagerie. Bref, je recommande. Attention, l'appartement n'est pas grand, il faut donc être organisé pour pouvoir y passer du temps à 4 personnes.

Absolutely gorgeous place with incredible views. Great location - steps from the beach and also the train. Rutger was extremely helpful & available for communication. We stayed for the tennis tournament and regrettably did not get to spend a lot of time enjoying the gardens, but we definitely hope to be back!

We had a lovely stay at Alexander's house. The view of the lake is absolutely lovely and a mere few minutes walk from the house. The house was well-equipped, clean and comfortable. Alex was responsive but not intrusive which makes our stay perfect. One thing to note is that the house is located near a fairly busy road and whilst it wasn't a huge issue when you're inside the house, it can be a bit noisy when spending time in the garden. However the view of the lake more than made up for it.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter le coin mais aussi l’Italie. Lara a été très accueillante et nous a fourni de bons conseils.

Das Haus verbindet stilvoll den rustikalen Charme der Region mit modernen Annehmlichkeiten. Wo man auf den Campingplätzen bei annähernd 40 Grad auszudörren drohte, konnte man in Nats klimatisiertem hellem Rustico den Badetag entspannt ausklingen lassen und angenehm schlafen. Die Badezimmer sind en suite, wo immer man liegen kann, findet man großflächige Smart-TVs vor (für Familien mit Kinder Fluch und Segen –wie immer halt). Das Flussufer liegt eine Minute entfernt an ansprechender Stelle. Man kann dort paddeln, schwimmen, von den Klippen springen. Schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen auch der historische Stadtkern Ruoms, der mittelalterliches Flair mit touristischen Flanier- und Konsumangeboten verbindet. Insgesamt bietet diese Unterkunft so eine ideale Kombination aus Beschaffenheit und Lage und garantiert einen tollen Urlaub. Nat wohnt nebenan, ist gut erreichbar, reagiert schnell auf Anfragen, ist dabei diskret. Sehr angenehm! Tolle Unterkunft, volle Empfehlung!! Vielen Dank an Dir, Nat!
