The location of this villa was absolutely incredible! Waking up each morning to a quiet coffee on the terrace overlooking Lake Como felt like something out of a dream. The view was breathtaking and set the perfect tone for each day. With the town just a short walk away, we were able to explore local shops, restaurants, and the lakeside promenade with ease. The walk added just the right amount of exercise to feel refreshed without being tiring. We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful, beautiful, and convenient place to stay—truly unforgettable.

Iride’s home was so perfect for my family of six. The views are absolutely breathtaking and the home has everything you need—super cute inside, well equipped with stunning views of Lake Como!

We had a wonderful stay at Monica's! The photos don't do the place justice, which is absolutely amazing. The large bedrooms have huge beds, the bathrooms are great, and I'm not talking about the outside. Multiple touches for us. The accommodation is well located for exploring. Our favorite for the beaches was the communal beach of Osmate, a gem! And the El Fogador River. The environment is a bit noisy during the day with the airport, highway and railway track (but our children were fascinated by the planes passing by!), but it's quiet at night. Thank you for everything, Monica!

Such a comfortable and nice stay in a very cute town! We were working in Milan but didn't want the hustle and hassle of the big city, so stayed here and it was a delight, especially with children! All was easy and the hosting team was just wonderful - so friendly and helpful!

Great accommodation, very convenient location (cca 10 min walk from the subway). Clean and well-decorated house, equipped with everything you may need. Very friendly and helpful host. Parking space inside the courtyard. Definitely recommend!

The property was spectacular, everything was well thought through and Emma felt like part of family. Hospitality, genuine kindness and thoughtfulness from the moment we checked in when she welcomed us with drinks and snacks as if we were her personal visitors, to bringing us fresh pastries on a Saturday morning. The place was perfect for us for a long weekend with kids. Next to a very well thought out construction/design of the villa itself, the team welcomed us in a 5 star manner with a thoughtful welcome basket, fresh flowers in more than one place etc. They also were flexible to respond to same day changes of arrival/check-in time and keen to help and support with tips whenever and wherever they could. We had a lovely long weekend in the villa. Cristina met us and showed us around, pointing out the pictures on the walls of her ancestors. The place is enormous, with huge ceilings. The furniture is beautiful, with inlaid wood and delicate ornamentation. Most of the 20th century things are in the kitchen. It was like living in the 18th century. Best of all was the porch – a huge south-facing space, open to the elements, with curtains that could be closed if it rained or if the sun was too hot. We spend most of our time there, just relaxing in the bamboo chairs. The gardens were lush, with a special pathway down to a (locked) gate to the church. One evening we had a local trattoria bring us some local wine and food (as Cristina had recommended). That meal, like the rest of our stay there, was an unforgettable experience.

Our stay went very well, the house is amazing and very comfortable. Owner Wanda is really nice and caring. Access to common areas is free and you feel really comfortable. Marco who manages the rental welcomed us very warmly and informed us, the communication was perfect, we will be happy to come back!

We had to reschedule due to problems with our actual accommodation on site and ended up with Ulrike. It took just an hour from contact to check-in. And what can you say: What luck!!! 🍀 😄 5 adults and 4 children had more than enough space in this wonderful villa with the charm of past Grandezza. The garden is large and beautiful, great for the kids. You can feel that this house has been revived for many years and decades. It feels like someone's home. Everything is well equipped. The decor is older, but very tasteful and of quality. The beds were good and everyone slept well. Especially the kitchen is well equipped to cook for a large family. On site, we were looked after by Johanna, who supported us great. Travedona months is not a tourist place, but offers the essentials (especially a great ice cream parlor). A wonderful house for large families and groups.

It was great! really really great - we were very busy but enjoyed every second. the only little things was the water pressure but i am sure piergiorgio is fixing that.

This house is amazing. Alessia is very nice and really comfortable. She is interested in our well-being and that's great. The house is superb and the pool is clean. It's a no-fault for us!

We cycled the Milano San Remo Amatori, so this was the perfect base for our adventure as it was only 3km from the started. The house was very clean and had all the utilities which you needed, the host is super friendly and very responsive.
