Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Rhine River

Haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen 😊 die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich, es gab viele Ausflugsziele in der Nähe und Tamara war immer schnell erreichbar und hilfsbereit 👍🏽

We wanted a place to have some peace and quiet in the middle of nature and that is exactly what Amélie’s place is. She lives right next to the stay, however she fully respected our privacy. Amélie explained us very clearly how everything works in the house (dry toilet, how to light and manage the fire place). There is no fridge, but there is a cool room + a water fountain in which you can put the food and it preserves cold. Amélie was very friendly and we communicated very well. All in all, our experience was very nice and we hope to return some day.

Stephanie’s place is the prettiest and loveliest Airbnb we’ve stayed in to date. The pictures accurately represent how beautiful her home is. It’s incredibly homey, with all the touches that make it feel like you’re coming back to a home after a full day out. The view of the horse farm is so nice to observe while having breakfast in the mornings. And the backyard was lovely to have a beer in the afternoon while listening to the sounds of nature. The location was nice as it was away from the center of everything so we had a reprieve from the business of it all. It was a great location to explore so many towns in the Rhine. Stephanie’s recommendations were so helpful too (loved the winery/wine bar that’s just 5 min from the house!) I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this place. The natural lighting, the space, I could go on and on!

We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful and comfortable home. The neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house had everything we needed for a fabulous vacation—from a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing any meal, to spacious rooms that made us feel right at home. In the evenings, we enjoyed unwinding with movies on the large TV. The location is fantastic, serving as a great base for exploring iconic cities like Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, and Koblenz. Excellent restaurants are just around the corner, and for quick grocery runs, Aldi is only about a five-minute drive away. This property truly stands out as one of the most stunning places we’ve ever stayed. Michael was exceptionally responsive and kind, always keeping communication clear and helpful. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Nadège est une hote qui se soucie de ses voyageurs à l ecoute et de bons conseils. le logement est conforme à la description. très grand lit ( pour ma part une literie trop molle mais pas pour mon conjoint à qui cela convenait.) mise à disposition de linge de toilette en nombre , nécessaire de cuisine suffisant . petites attentions appréciables. attention en entrant la porte est assez basse pour les personnes de grande taille pensez à baisser la tête. séjour détente et plaisir agréable dommage que le lundi soir pas grand chose d ouvert aux alentours mais c est un détail.

In dem Winzerhäuschen haben wir uns gleich wohlgefühlt und wurden herzlich empfangen. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich, und die Küche gut ausgestattet, sodass man auch gut etwas kochen konnte. Im Häuschen war es trotz der heißen Sommertage noch angenehm kühl.

Guillaume is a great host. The place is amazing and had everything we needed. It's very private and there are no neighbours, so it's perfect for a retreat. Guillaume showed and explained everything to us during check-in, so we felt right at home. It's a large but still comfortable place with lots of fun activities in and around the house. He even accommodated an early check-in and late check-out for us.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Es war ein bisschen wie nach Hause kommen ☺️ das Ferienhaus liegt super ruhig und wir konnten uns rundum entspannen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und man hat immer einen tollen Blick in die Natur und den angrenzenden Wald. Auch die private Sauna bzw. die Infrarotkabine sind super! Hier und da gab es ein paar Spinnen als Bewohner im Haus, was sich durch die Naturnähe aber wohl auch nicht vermeiden lässt. Wir hatten etwas Sorge, dass wir Strom nachzahlen müssen (das gab es beim ersten Besuch noch nicht), denn wenn man einen Verbrauch über einen unbekannten Durchschnittswert hat, muss separat nachgezahlt werden. Das war bei uns aber nicht der Fall. Ansonsten ist der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern und vor allem der Gastgeberin Mira immer total freundlich und bei jeder Rückfrage bekommt man sehr schnell eine Antwort. Wir wurden sogar mit regionalen Gastgeschenken begrüßt ☺️ wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

One of the best places I have stayed. Beautiful old building, very cosy, clean, extremely well equipped (there was absolutely nothing we missed), nice furniture, beautifully decorated. It felt like home. The calming river outside and the nice views completed the experience. Must be the nicest place in Monschau!

Ich war zum zweiten Mal in dieser Unterkunft, sie ist sehr gemütlich, top ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen und man kann vielfältige Ausflüge von dort aus unternehmen.

Wir haben ein sehr schönes verlängertes Wochenende verbracht. Es hat uns in der Wohnung und der Gegend sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist kreativ aber dennoch funktional eingerichtet. Der Ort hat auch viel Charme. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen nochmal wieder zu kommen.

It was lovely place, pretty close to the town area with COOP departmental store next door. Very elegant designed rooms and nice balcony. Highly recommended for someone wanting to live in peace and witness swiss style of living.

Un havre de paix au milieu des montagnes où le temps semble ralentir. Le jardin plein de verdure, la vue magnifique.. tout invite à la déconnexion. La piscine pour les journées ensoleillées et la cheminée pour les soirées hivernales sont un vrai plus. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Lucky est une hôte douce, bienveillante et attentionnée. Merci Lucky, pour tout, du fond de notre cœur. Une escapade qu’on aimerait revivre encore et encore. Nous gardons un très beau souvenir du Liechtenstein et recommandons ce coin de paradis, chez Lucky.

Philipp und seine Familie haben uns mit der wundervollen Unterkunft verzaubert. Wir haben in der geräumigen Wohnung und auf der riesigen Terrasse die Ruhe und den Rhein sehr genossen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gern wieder. :)

Prije svega, odličan i vrlo susretljiv domaćin. Riječima se ne može opisati sve što ovaj smještaj nudi. Smještaj nudi puno više nego što je na slikama prikazano, te je opremljen apsolutno svime što čovjeku može zatrebati. Najbolji smještaj do sada u kojemu smo odsjeli. Sigurno ćemo se vratiti :)

What a beautiful spot, with a beautiful garden, and a beautiful view. We loved our stay here. The peace and quiet, all the green around. Joop and Zeljko showed us around the apartment and gave us tips to visit in the surroundings. Because the temperature dropped considerably it was a bit chilly inside and Joop showed us right away how the heating worked. The apartment has everything you can wish for and the kitchen is very well equipped. And... the bathroom has a bath! I would definitely recommend this if you're looking for a peaceful and quiet stay with a beautiful surrounding. There were also some nice walks right form the apartment and lovely towns 15 - 20 min drive distance. Thanks for having us and all the best Joop and Zeljko!

Vielen Dank, Thomas! Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Schade, dass der Jacuzzi nicht benutzt werden durfte – trotzdem war mit der Sauna und dem Pool alles sehr angenehm. Bei Fragen oder Unklarheiten hast du immer sehr schnell reagiert. Alles, was man brauchte, war vorhanden. Ich würde die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiterempfehlen!

Mooi huis, goed bereikbaar en een vriendelijke host.

Met ons gezin van 2 ouders en 4 volwassen kinderen en hun partners hadden we een heerlijke week. Het huis voldeed aan alle verwachtingen; brandschoon, sfeervol ingericht en volledig toegerust. Wat opviel, na eerdere ervaringen, was dat servies en bestek in zeer ruime mate aanwezig was en ook de keukenuitrusting was meer dan kompleet. Nergens op misgegrepen. De voorzieningen waren zoals beloofd. Heerlijke vrije tuin. Wel al snel een melding gekregen dat we met het geluid rekening moesten houden met de buren. Toen we onverhoopt geen warm water hadden was er binnen een uur na melding een monteur die het snel geregeld had. Een fles sekt voor het leed, niet nodig, wel aardig.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location right by the Rigi Cog station made it easy to get up and down the mountain. The wood-fired hot tub made for a perfect spot to soak up the view each evening. Our hosts provided wonderful information prior-to and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Unseren Aufenthalt haben wir sehr genossen. Die Lage ist schön, der Ausblick auf den See sehr entschleunigend. Die Räume sind schön hell, einladend und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist top, auch sonst ist die Ausstattung spitze. Das Saunaerlebnis sehr schön mit direktem Blick auf den See mit Schwänen. Die Kommunikation mit Julia und Tobi war prima und wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, wieder einen Aufenthalt bei Ihnen zu verbringen.

Always good to stay there, its our second time, this time in the house next door that we stayed last year's. The house's are very similar and great for larger groups. We had an issue with the hot water that was solved by Dominic, always very responsive when we need. Always a good choice.

Peters Airbnb: Einfach nur top! Was soll ich sagen? Mein Aufenthalt in Peters Airbnb war absolut fabelhaft! Ernsthaft, alles war einfach perfekt. Von der gemütlichen Einrichtung bis zur blitzsauberen Küche – es gab wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Man merkt sofort, dass Peter sich richtig Mühe gibt, damit sich seine Gäste wohlfühlen. Und Peter selbst? Ein fantastischer Gastgeber durch und durch! Super nett, hilfsbereit und immer für einen guten Tipp zu haben. Er hat den Aufenthalt einfach noch besser gemacht. Kurz gesagt: Wer ein tolles Airbnb sucht, ist bei Peter goldrichtig. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen und komme jederzeit gerne wieder!

Wir haben ein Wochenende in diesem schönen Haus verbracht und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Für die Kids gab es reichlich Spielzeug, alles war super sauber und die Kommunikation mit Elias war sehr unkompliziert und super nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)
