Our lovingly designed apartment is part of our house built in 2016. The entrance is separate and leads through a beautifully planted atrium. The living climate is very warm and cozy thanks to lots of wooden furniture and real wood parquet. Mood lighting and underfloor heating invite you to relax and feel comfortable. The apartment is optimized for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 2 more people on the sofa if needed.

The apartment is a separate apartment with a separate entrance. Contactless check-in and check-out is no problem. The private terrace invites you to relax. The apartment is in a very quiet area in Großbettlingen, at the foot of the Swabian Alb about 25 km southeast of Stuttgart. Metzingen is about 6 km away, Nürtingen about 5 km. We are also close to Reutlingen and Tübingen.

Die Wohnung hat ein Wohnzimmer mit zwei Schlafmöglichkeiten, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Betten und eine großzügige Wohn/Essküche. Eine gemütliche Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeit ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Ein Bäcker, ein Metzger und die Bushaltestelle sind in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
