Questo è il primo dei due appartamenti che possono essere affittati singolarmente o occupando la totalità della villa. L’appartamento di circa 65 m² ospita tre adulti o due adulti e due bambini nel divano letto. Wi-Fi, televisori aria condizionata, caminetto, e soprattutto un’aria esterna incredibile.

Typical country house, with stone walls and exposed wooden ceilings is the ideal refuge for those who want a relaxing vacation immersed in nature a few steps from the village center. A living room with sofa bed, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a large fully fenced garden is an oasis of peace where you can enjoy moments of serenity and relaxation. Upon request, you can use the outdoor kitchen to organize unforgettable grills and cook in a spectacular wood-burning oven.

Gio and Eli's house - large quiet countryside

Large house with lots of indoor and outdoor space. It is ideal for relaxing in a quiet and simple environment. The strong pieces are the living room with a large sofa and a large screen TV, and the veranda that opens to a private garden with a pond. The house has many amenities and designed to make you feel at home. For a vacation as simple as once with an eye for health: the bath, bed, and kitchen linens are washed with ecological and hypoallergenic detergents.

My place is nestled in the Gavi hills the historic center of a small but charming hamlet, close to beautiful panoramic views, restaurants, parks and art and culture, also 20 minutes from the Serravalle outlet. This place is good for couples, families with kids, and solo adventurers. You'll enjoy relaxing walks or bike rides, sure to stay in the complete tranquility of the countryside. The Aloe Vera House

Entire floor fully equipped in a semi-independent courtyard house immersed in the Ticino Park, but very close to the points of greatest interest in the province of Pavia and Milan. Ideal for short or long stays, for young people or families, you can use it for work or vacation. For any need, we live upstairs. In July 2023, redevelopment work was carried out, there is no longer a shared entrance with us, but the house is all for you! Welcome!

La Casetta

Located in Sezzadio, it is a few km from the spa town of Acqui Terme, Alessandria and Novi Ligure. La Casetta is completely renovated, with new furnishings, equipment and amenities. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, a living room with sofa bed that can accommodate two people and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. Equipped with every comfort, it will welcome you during your stay.

We are a bed and breakfast 4 km from the historic center of Pavia. Our desire is that guests can freely experience the house, and not just the rooms, to enjoy the atmosphere, colors, peace and silence. Our bed and breakfast consists of two double bedrooms, accessed from a charming hallway, and a two-room apartment with independent access from the garden. The house is available, with a porch and garden, but not the use of the main kitchen

Borgo Sfogliata - Grandpa's house - Mornico Losana

It is an ancient building dating back to the end of the 1800s, completely renovated in all its parts, respecting the structure of the period, just completed. The bedroom, with exposed beams, is very charming, has a balcony that allows a spectacular view of the plain on one side and the hills on the other. In the living room, the period wood-burning fireplace has been preserved and in the adjacent woodshed, you will find firewood.
