Questo è il primo dei due appartamenti che possono essere affittati singolarmente o occupando la totalità della villa. Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. A lovely house in a private village dating back to 1200, with a large garden, orchard, organic vegetable garden and a panoramic swimming pool open to guests. All around, an estate of 114 acres of meadows and woods . To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

Our house is located in the middle of the medieval village of Tagliolo Monferrato, surrounded by vineyards and mountains. The Ligurian Riviera is 30 minutes away by car. Barolo & Langhe is famous for wine lovers. It takes about 50 minutes by car to get to the old harbour of Genoa (Genova). Every morning you can have breakfast at a local bar and get a true Italian feel with a cappu and croissant. (20m from the building) Free parking on the street or nearby parking lot.

It is an ancient building dating back to the end of the 1800s, completely renovated in all its parts, respecting the structure of the period, just completed. The bedroom, with exposed beams, is very charming, has a balcony that allows a spectacular view of the plain on one side and the hills on the other.
