Enjoy all downtown has to offer while staying in comfort and style. Everything in this apartment is brand new as of June 2023. All three bedrooms have hotel quality king sized mattresses and smart TVs, both bathrooms offer custom tile showers, the living room is furnished with 2 full sized leather sofas and a swivel chair and a 70” smart TV. Our kitchen is fully stocked including a dishwasher and we have a washer/dryer. * Need more space… we also have 2 other listings in the same complex.

Enjoy the comfort and fun of staying in a boutique décor home within a marvelously restored sprawling Queen Anne, circa 1880s, situated in Frost Village, a small neighborhood of conterminous renovated historic houses, situated near scenic Frost Parkway which hugs the Sandusky River. A short walk across the 1930s Washington Street Bridge takes guests into the heart of downtown Tiffin with a cluster of restaurants, shops, the Ritz Theater & East Green.
