Holiday rentals with a patio in Represa do Jaguari

I spent a weekend with my family during a visit to a family member in town and we love everything. Location, apartment, ease of access, parking, common area of the condominium, in short, all according to the mentioned Co-host Carol passed us. In passing, it served us in all our doubts and needs. Very obg for everything Carol, we find our place in the city always out there. Wonderful location close to the main points of the city such as squares, shopping malls, bars etc. Fair price. I recommend! Apto houses with comfort 4 people, but we went in 5 and my son stayed on the sofa bed in the living room where he stayed with a lot of tranquility and well accommodated. Impeccable kitchen utensils as well as equipment such as refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and other very new ones. Two great bathrooms with a spectacular shower. Note 10.

Very walkable, easy to park, great location.

A pleasantly decorated apartment with everything it takes for a quiet stay. The condominium has a mini market that helps replenish something needed. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is no agitation, cars or motorcycles passing by making noise. It's very familiar and nice. But you really need a car or Uber to get around because you don't have a lot of establishment nearby. For those who need to use as a home office, it is not so suitable as it does not have a table or chairs suitable for this work. But in the city there are pleasant libraries that can be used for this, just move around.

Pousada Klints Kalni Lodge is a super cozy location. Well located (you can do almost everything by foot if you want), super quiet and cozy place. The host Marlene always helpful and a great person to catch up on the prose. The impeccable room, comfortable bathtub, kitchen with lots of details and utensils to make your stay very practical.

We had a great experience in Rebeca's apartment! The place is exactly like the photos, very cozy, clean and well located. Rebecca was extremely attentive throughout the stay, always ready to help with whatever was needed. We feel super welcome and we will certainly return at the next opportunity. Wonderful place! No words to describe my stay, the host responded extremely quickly and was very proactive. Impeccable accommodation, I found the place very clean and organized. The only detail for hot people like me, bring a fan because in the hot season it is a little complicated due to the lack of air conditioning, but other than that I don't see any other negative points, for those who want to spend a weekend away from the madness of the city this is the perfect place, waking up to the sound of birds such as: parrots, woodpeckers and others, without the noise of horns or cars and no sound of motorcycles. 10/10! I recommend it!

The house was clean and well organized, providing a pleasant and comfortable environment during our stay. The hostess, Angela, was extremely attentive and helpful, always ready to help with any doubt or need. A high point was the visit of the monkeys, which was a show apart and brought even more charm to the experience. Perfect accommodation for relaxing with pets in the midst of nature My stay at Daniel's was simply wonderful and exceeded all expectations. The house is ideal for two people and extremely welcoming for those traveling with pets. I took my dog and my kitten (who stayed inside the house), and they both adapted perfectly to the safe and quiet environment. The garden is a real oasis: very well cared for, clean and offers a great space to relax or play with the animals. The pool is large and inviting, even though it is not heated. The kitchen is fully equipped, and bedding items such as pillows and blankets are extremely comfortable. The sofa is one of those who “embrace”, perfect for moments of rest. The location is also a high point. Just 4.5 km from the city, the house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, safe and surrounded by a lush nature. It is the ideal place for those looking for peace and contact with green. Absolutely, I will return at other times

The accommodation is even better than in the photos - impeccably clean, organized and with all the details to make us feel at home. The location is perfect, close to points of interest (bakery, chocolate factory and soap - on foot; and by car about 5min from Av.Monte Verde) and with paved streets, which made all the difference for our locomotion. I was delighted with the special care, such as the logs already arranged in the fireplace (ready to use!) and the warm covers, which made our stay even more cozy. The host was extremely attentive and friendly, with answers and quick message information. As a suggestion for future improvements, it would be wonderful to have some outdoor puffs, loose chairs or even a garage area on the lawn. The outdoor space is so tasty that it would give even more life to the cold, sunny days of Monte Verde, and further value the Host's place. I highly recommend and we will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The house is beautiful. Everything tidy and clean. Katia is very polite and responds quickly. In the photos show three bedrooms inside the house, but there is one more bedroom with double bed in the edicule that is great. It is good to take the food to prepare already, as it is a little far from everything. If you forget something, there is a mini market in the condominium. At the concierge, they are well educated as well. To get there, the road is good and smooth. It is a place to relax and enjoy. I loved everything. I definitely recommend it.

Peaceful stay when we had a problem with the house responded quickly. The house space is very large, it can accommodate 12 people, it is well-equipped and clean. I recommend it!

The location is perfect, you can do everything on foot, it is close to commerce, shops, pharmacy, bakeries, bars and restaurants. I highly recommend Maricy and her apartment. The home is good, quiet, and the internet is fast. The host is attentive and the location is close to bakery and small markets. The only downfall is that the building does not have an elevator, the AP being on the fifth floor. Would recommend !
