Fantastic house. Structured and very safe because it is in a gated community. Great location, comfort and very complete. We were very well received at check-in and had a wonderful time. We will definitely return. Rodrigo was very flexible and proactive. We are very satisfied.

The accommodation is ideal for those seeking tranquility and contact with nature. The house has everything we need for a relaxing weekend, and even with the cold weather (something we were looking for), we were well warmed. The shower is great, with very hot water even on the coldest days, and the electric bed sheet ensured cozy nights. A special detail is the stream that passes through the property, making the environment even more enchanting. As for access: we came via Fernão Dias, and the route was smooth, even with the stretches of dirt road in good condition coming from Cambuí. The GPS is almost always correct, but in the last 15 minutes, on the most rural roads, it can give some inaccurate directions. But, with a little attention, you can get there without difficulty. I recommend it for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy a cozy retreat!

As a good São Paulo that is afraid of everything, I saw the evaluations of the farm and I thought, cool, but not everything is so perfect, but it was. All reviews are accurate and we were treated as family by Lilian, Karina and Odette! The teacara is pure harmony and the hosts make you feel like you are at your home! The bread, the firewood, the marshmallow were pamperies that make you feel with a warm heart. The spectacle of nature, the maritacas, the sun and the moon that glisten in the doorway of the house were shows apart. We return to São Paulo energized and connected with nature. Thank you girls for sharing this piece of paradise. ❤️ we hope to come back always, we miss you already!

We had great 5 days in Tomás! Very quiet and cozy place! Very romantic and yummy for couples! The heated pool is amazing and every little corner of the chalet has a charm. We made an incredible journey of rest and tranquility!

Rafael is an excellent host, helped us by sending all the information pertinent to our stay, friendly, helped us with tourism tips, restaurants, etc. The house was clean, well organized, good bathrooms, the kitchen had all the utensils needed to cook, in short, we felt at home. I'm sure if I return to Monte Verde I'll stay in this house again and I'll say it without fear to my friends who go there.

We loved the stay. It was me, my husband, my mother-in-law and my little children: older than 3 years and my newborn twins, so our goal was to enjoy with the children and not leave the property. Everything was excellent. My eldest loved the pool, the jump, swing, hammock, the space itself and the corner with a table and chair + some toys left for him. The gemmins also enjoyed nature and everything was clean and with an excellent structure. The swimming pool was open and clean every morning. In spite of the cold nights the house was good to sleep, my biggest concern about the babies. It is also worth highlighting the fubá cake that Heliane made that was delicious. She was super cozy and helped us at various times. We recommend the accommodation and we hope to go back.

On the day we went to the site, the communication with Guilherme was excellent. The availability he provided us with left us satisfied. Extremely quiet, beautiful and private location, always clean pool. 100% fenced for pets and the pool is also fenced. All clear and exactly like in the pictures. The kind caretakers and Roberto too. Super quick responses to help during your stay. I highly recommend it for those who go with pets.

Ana is a lovely person, received me super well, gave me tips on where to visit and always very proactive. The Toca house is a cozy, very well decorated, very beautiful, equipped kitchen and is right in the middle of the mountains. Beautiful to see at the crack of dawn. The access is very easy, it has a little land but it is very quiet, wide street and with plenty of gravel. The pool for being in the mountains is very cold rs, we had the courage to enter only on the last day. But the stay was delicious. My parents loved the place as well.

We went in 4 couples and two children and the house served us very well. It is in a gated community, secure and at the very top of the condominium. But as it is all asphalt it is quiet to arrive. It is important to take everything because there is no market nearby, just a little convenience store at the beginning of the condominium. The house is very large, new TVs, new refrigerators, new stove. The house was clean, the grass cut, and the garden and pool lighting at night are quite beautiful. There are two houses on the same plot, one very close to the other what we think is great!! It had all the comfort we needed and Elvis welcomed us very well upon arrival!! Felipe tb was a great host. It's not close to the city but my family and I really liked the condominium and the house. I recommend!!

The stay in Serra Negra was excellent. The house is wonderful, spacious and private for those who go with several families, as all rooms have a private bathroom (except 1). In the common areas, there are several areas to enjoy with everyone. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped with everything (and more) you need. The hostess was kind enough to anticipate and leave a fireplace kit, as it was cold. The care and beauty of the garden was a detail that made a difference. The location of the house is also perfect.

The property is exactly as advertised, very well-equipped and comfortable, with everything working perfectly. The location is excellent, making my stay very easy. Sérgio was a super attentive host, always available and promptly answered all our questions. I highly recommend it and would certainly stay again!

wonderful experience, we spent a blessed weekend. We are already planning our next stay at the Maranata site. Wilson and Tata are amazing hosts, super attentive, they made us feel super comfortable. It felt like we were in our own home, those looking for a quiet place, contact with nature, animals, a comfortable home, can go without fear that you will enjoy it a lot.

It was a spectacular experience Chácara is a delight, with a jaw-dropping view. The place has everything you need to have, a full kitchen, refrigerators that fulfill the paper, a very neat interior space, good beds. The outdoor space is perfect, with the BBQ, the swimming pool, the volleyball net and the stunning view. Lucimara always very kind and with very useful information. The housekeeper Vanderley is also sympathetic and super helpful. Although there is no contact with the city, the place is super close and with access to the delivery of food, water and the like. I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this enchanting country house! The site is even more beautiful than the photos — surrounded by nature, with a super quiet atmosphere, perfect for resting and recharging. The house was impeccably clean, well-equipped and with a very good tasteful décor. Host was extremely attentive and helpful, always available to ask questions. We will definitely return!

The couple D. Nelma and S. Baia are extremely kind and hospitable, making us feel very comfortable, as well as the caretakers, who are very helpful. The house is great and has everything you need, including hot/cold air conditioning, which we didn't even use, despite the outside temperature reaching 7º, because the room is very warm and had enough blankets. Detail: Individually packaged. All with great care. The outdoor space is excellent, with a beautiful garden and pool, well fenced, so our pet was comfortable and we were relaxed. Another differential was the breakfast, with milk, coffee, breads of various types, cold cuts, juice, fruits, sweets and even tapioca, served in the outdoor area and at the previously agreed time. There are good restaurants nearby, as well as others in the city centre. We took some good trips, including a trip to Monte Sião (+/- 45 minutes by car) to shop for good knitwear at a better price. At check-out, we even got a treat from D. Nelma.

My family and I love the site, it is very large and very green. The house is cozy, the beds were all covered and without the smell of mold, the bathrooms had toilet paper, hand soap and a dryer that I thought was wonderful. The kitchen is very complete! The pool area is a little far from the house but nothing too much, it would be interesting to have a stove there in the pool barbecue area so you don't have to go to the house to make the food, but that wasn't a major obstacle. In addition, the pool and barbecue area is well complete with sun chairs, a good fridge and a clean toilet. We had only one question but that was talked to Andrea and she was very solicitous and kind!
