The apartment is located in a very quiet street just 1-minute from Rue de Bourg and Saint-François (restaurants, bars, shops) You will find three supermarkets (Coop, Aldi, Lidl) within 2-minute walk from the apartment. All mayor bus lines & the metro station Bessières (m2) is located within a 2-minute walk and it’s just 3 stops to Lausanne train station. you can also walk to the train station within 10 min.

Le logement en entier est à la disposition du voyageur. L'appartement est situé à un endroit calme et paisible à proximité des commerces ( Coop, denner, migros, ...) des restaurants et pharmacies, mais aussi arrête des transports publics ( métro et bus). Je tiens à préciser que le logement ne dispose pas de parking place gratuit. Néanmoins les voyageurs en véhicule peuvent garer leurs voitures dans les parkings publics. Les places bleues sont gratuites. pour cela il faut avoir un disque

Appartement cosy et indépendant de 2 pièces récemment aménagé dans notre maison. Lumineux, moderne et bien agencé, il bénéficie d'une jolie vue et est situé à 8 minutes du métro M1 pour Lausanne-centre ou l'UNIL et l'EPFL. A 15 minutes à pied du lac ou de la Vaudoise Arena. Le CHUV est facilement accessible par les métros M1 et M2. Entrée indépendante, salon avec cuisine équipée et coin à manger. Chambre à coucher avec salle de bain attenante. Terrasse couverte plein sud avec 2 fauteuils.

Ideal for leisure/work, for a single, couples or small families. Sleeps 2, with an option for a 3rd on the sofa in the living room. The flat is peaceful, 10 min. in bus from the city center, or 5 min. away from the lake shore. Spacious, sunny all day and noise free. There is no private parking for this property.
