Fully met my expectations

I want to highlight how good the apartment is. It is as it appears in the description. If I came back to Santiago I wouldn't hesitate to rent it again. We were very satisfied.

i love the apartment, has everything we needed, very good taste in its ornaments and everything is very clean, and the host is very good communication and concern of our stay.

My stay was just excellent.😁 From the first moment, the communication was fluid and the attention incredible. The place was spotless, well located and exactly as in the pictures. Care was noted in every detail. I would definitely come back here and recommend it 100% 🙌

Good location, close to the subway, easy access, close to the center. The host responded quickly and clearly, proactively. The apartment is cozy, it has everything we need to feel at home. Worth the price paid.

An excellent place, very central and accessible, you will not find a better location. The apartment is clean and organized with everything you need for your stay. With Juan Pablo, very good communication, attentive to inquiries at the entrance and exit of the premises, giving directions so that everything is simple and expeditious. He also made it easy for us to bring a small pet one day and was understanding when we told him that we broke a glass, which we were able to solve with him. Everything excellent, recommended.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alejandra's place in Providencia from the moment I arrived, Alejandra made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located close to restaurants, public transport, and not far from some of the city’s attractions. What truly stood out was the Alejandra attention to detail and genuine hospitality. She checked in to make sure I was comfortable and even helped me navigate a few things in the apartment to get things working. It felt less like a rental and more like staying with a friend who cares. If you're planning a trip to Santiago Chile, I can't recommend this place enough, Five stars service all around.

The hostess is considerate and polite. When entering into apartment, I find heater was already turned on in a cold night. Everything was arranged nicely in the room.

Overall it's a good place to stay. The apartment is just as it looks in the photos. Communication with the guest was good. Ximena answered us relatively quickly if we had any questions.

Great place good location in the city. Very close to popular landmarks. Family with baby. Bed was comfortable. Allowed early check in, immaculately clean. The only negative to mention is the road can be heard from the lounge but this didn’t affect our stay at all. 3 adults and a baby

Very nice balcony, great space, large closets and beds.

Apartment in perfect condition. Comfortable furniture and nice decoration. The kitchen utensils were new, which was very nice.

The details make the difference, despite being in the heart of Santiago, it is quite quiet and not noisy, when entering the apartment the aroma of the environment is exquisite and that is already a plus, finely selected decoration, necessary utensils for everything, including board games and a small terrace with a dim light for a nightly evening with a view of the city. Super nice! I recommend it 100% Valid to repeat!

The apartment is very good! Great reception! It was a little difficult to close the door at the same time as you put in the code, but nothing serious. The immediate area is not the safest, but it is super central, close to Ohiggins Park

Had a good stay, the apartment was exactly as described and it felt very safe.

I booked this apartment based on previous reviews and the photos as i wanted some good views in the morning and evening of the sunrise and sunset. I was not disappointed. I didn't even check out the swimming pools or gym but i would happily rebook to stay here again when i am next passing through Santiago. The apartment was beautiful, the location felt really safe and there is a plenty of shops, cafe and restaurants within a short walk from there. Highly recommended and have already recommended to friends or colleagues if they happen to be in Santiago anytime. Thanks again Andrés for a pleasant stay.

Large and spacious apartment, with all the necessary amenities, clean and cozy. It has heating, which is very important for cold days. The host Carla is very kind and responds promptly. Excellent location, with a market and subway nearby. Very beautiful region.
