The house is walking distance to public transport, the bakery, restaurant, spa facilities and nature. Fellbach is known for its vineyards and scenic beauty. Excellent public transport links make it easy to reach Stuttgart city center in just 15 minutes by train or car.

The farmhouse, newly renovated until 2024, is located on the edge of a hamlet on a plateau in the Swabian-Franconian Forest Nature Park and has three fully furnished apartments. It is ideal for people who want to spend a few days together but would like to keep their privacy. From here you can take wonderful excursions and walks (horse riding, hiking, mountain biking, motorcycle and car tours...). Horses and dogs are welcome to bring along.

The vacation home was built in 1971 by the Stuttgart architect Günter Behnisch. With the large glass front and the lots of wood, you feel at one with nature. A living room with a tiled stove, cozy sofa corner and a large table for sitting together offers everything you need for a vacation together. The special feature of this newly renovated accommodation is the combination of charming wooden beams and modern furnishings. It is very easy to reach (whether by train, bus or car) and is close to the city. You can park for free in the immediate vicinity.

Guest room with private entrance

We offer you a lovingly furnished guest room with a separate entrance – ideal for relaxing after an eventful day. The room is equipped with a comfortable 1.40 m bed, sofa and armchair, a dining table with 4 chairs, a small kitchen with basic equipment and a smart TV. The bathroom for private use is located across the hall. You can reach the guest room via your own terrace (6 steps). This is a non-smoking room.

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. In the historic bakery, a beautiful living room has been created above the bakery. On two floors are two bedrooms, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a tasteful shower room (incl. towels) and a living room were created. From the living room in the attic and one of the bedrooms you can see the forest and the Mühlbach (Zaber) splashes directly past the house.
