We offer a self-contained, single-storey cottage of nearly 90 m², with a high level of comfort, a jacuzzi and a magnificent view of the Champsaur valley. The cottage has 2 bedrooms of 15m², a large, fully equipped living room/kitchen and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's games and parking spaces.

The Eagle's View - house with mountain view

Built in 2021 with chalet style furnishings and panoramic mountain views from every window of the spacious living area. The chalet is situated on the top of a south facing ridge in the idyllic perched village of Jarjayes above Gap. Optional private spa available. Just above Serre Ponçon Lake and it's dam, the appartment provides countryside’s calm and a large terrace where you’ll can relax in front of the mountains. By default, a 180x190 bed is installed, if you prefer 2 small beds, please, tell us in your booking message. The nearest ski stations are Montclar (about 30 mn away) and Reallon (about 40 mn away) but you’ll be able to have a sledge ride in the surrounding fields. Hiking trails are less than 150 m away from the accommodation.
