Freshly renovated while keeping the charm of the old, come and spend one or more nights in a pleasant setting a stone's throw from the Route des Grands Crus Both secluded but close to amenities, 10 minutes from Chagny, 25 minutes from Beaune and Chalon sur Saône. This cozy little nest is nestled between the Chalonnaise coast and the Beaunoise coast (Santenay, Pulligny, Chassagne, Mercurey, Rully and so many others)

Independent apartment

The 37 m2 independent apartment is located in the city center of Chagny, on the 1st floor of our home. It has a bedroom with sheets, bathroom with towels, a living room with a sofa, 3 ceiling fans, and mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped with oven+microwave, fridge, espresso machine. There are all the shops nearby, the Sunday morning market at 90 m, the train station at 200 m, the Lameloise restaurant is 120 m away, as well as other restaurants.

Discover the heritage and the Burgundian art of living with our village house, located between vineyards and castle as a starting point. Completely renovated by us, it has all the comforts necessary for your disconnection, while respecting the soul of the building which was in the eighteenth century an old barn. To do: walk in the vineyards, bike ride on the greenway... or discover the climates of Burgundy from the sky with a hot air balloon flight.

BREAKFAST INCLUDED (very rare). The house is located in a very quiet small valley near the historic town of BEAUNE. From the village you will visit the world-renowned vineyards as well as the Route des Grands Crus. Nearby you will discover the historic sites of Clunysois, Tournus, the route of the Romanesque Churches, the many castles or the Morvan Natural Park. Two modern bikes (M-F) with helmets are available free of charge during the stay.

28m2 apartment in the heart of the Puligny Montrachet vineyard renowned for its great wines . A swimming pool is being built the exteriors are not finished but you can swim July, August with views of the vines , access is through the garage door next to the apartment . THE GRANGE OF THE MEPART OF ST RUF

Small quiet house (Guesthouse), completely renovated, overlooking a private courtyard with terrace, barbecue and relaxation area, inside equipped kitchen, large walk-in shower, king size bed (180 x 200) all air-conditioned. For more comfort you will find on your arrival the basic necessities (salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, etc.) and a bed already prepared, as well as the toiletries, towels.

I would have great pleasure to welcome you to my house, located in a large wooded garden which you can enjoy at your leisure. You will be only a few minutes from the renowned villages of the Burgundy vineyard, Chassage, Meursault, Pommard, Beaune and just as close to several greenways (canal du center, bicycle-route). You can also only take time and fully enjoy the heated swimming pool.
