Located in the heart of Saint-Quentin, close to the majestic basilica, the City Hall, the central square and 10 minutes from the train station, the apartment enjoys an ideal setting to discover the city on foot. With lots of charm, this two-bedroom home combines the character of the old (hardwood floors, high ceilings) with neat and contemporary decor. It offers a warm and authentic atmosphere highlighting our beautiful city of Saint Quentin.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. You will enter a renovated farmhouse, typical of Picardy in repointed bricks. A miller's staircase secured by a railing (which served as a manger to feed the horses) takes you to the first floor to access the studio. Kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, an electric stove, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, cooking utensils and tea towels. On request you can rent hybrid bikes.

I'm delighted to offer you a stay in my apartment. This is a 35 m2 studio/loft with a private terrace located on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator). The apartment was completely redone in February 2023, it benefits from an equipped kitchen, a sleeping area, a bathroom with a large shower. I favor the "Upcycling" approach, which is why the apartment is decorated with objects diverted and found during trips. Enjoy your stay!

The Tilloy House

In the countryside and in absolute calm, this outbuilding of a typical Saint-Quentin farm will seduce you at first sight. Completely renovated with a large garden, it is located in a green setting just 5 km from Saint-Quentin. It has a fully equipped modern kitchen, two bathrooms and a large living room with a fireplace. For a business trip or family vacation, there's no doubt this home will suit you!
