From the large window of the Friland cottage, the view opens out over the Tagliamento River and the Val d’Arzino, which in winter become even more stark and tranquil, amidst clear sunrises and sunsets characterised by cool, intense colours. In the winter skies, with a bit of luck, you might catch a glimpse of the Eurasian eagle-owls and griffon vultures soaring from the nearby Lake Cornino Nature Reserve. Here the silence surrounds every moment, inviting you to slow down and regain your natural rhythm.

Set over three floors and equipped with all comforts, including Wi-Fi, digital terrestrial, kitchen/living room with fireplace, modern appliances, playroom and music area, it is suitable for the needs of all families, adults and younger ones.

Welcome to our holiday house with magnificent panoramic views. On one level with 110 m² is the bedroom with bathroom & toilet, living room, kitchen, anteroom/additional toilet. Chill-out area with two terraces with amazing views. Sole use of the house. Location: quiet, 2 parking spaces, shopping in nearby Hermagor, hiking trails in front of the house or on the surrounding alpine pastures, Presseggersee or the valley station Nassfeld in 10 minutes and the Weissensee in 20 minutes by car.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Cross- country ski track are less meters from the apartment (depends on snow conditions) -Fantastic hiking / climbing tours in the Alps. -Cycling trails & MTB trails through the Alps. -Lakes near the Guesthouse : "Weißensee" (60 min), "Presseggersee"(30min), as well as the natural jewel "Garnitzenklamm"(20min).
