On the ground floor of our house (we live upstairs) the accommodation is completely autonomous, accommodating up to 8 people (+ on request), heated pool from 04/01 to 10/31, covered (removable shelters) on a flowery plot of 800 m2. An indoor hot tub, with lounge, treadmill and TV. Private covered terrace with garden furniture, table, relaxation, barbecue. Pets allowed, extra charge (€10 per day). - Pool 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. - Jacuzzi 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.

With its large bay windows, all rooms are bathed in sunlight. It is a 5-minute walk to Epernay city center and 10 minutes to the train station. No need to take the car for a tasting of a great Champagne name. 2 private and secure parking spaces are also available.
