The 28m² terrace offers a unique panorama of the forest, you are lulled by the sound of the stream at the bottom. No TV but books. nice little cozy and comfortable house very quiet on large wooded property with parking, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed in each and 1 single bed for 1 person, 1 bathroom upstairs, living room, dining room and an equipped kitchen, 1 powder room on the ground floor. Located in the heart of the Cantalian mountains, close to many small shops and 8 km from Aurillac. Many sights and museums to visit, beautiful cycling and hiking trails. Important: I do not allow pets.

Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station.
