From this accommodation you can reach all the important places in no time. Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, the bakery, the butcher, the pharmacy and a restaurant with a beer garden. In the city of Kempten you can reach it by car in 5 minutes, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 m²) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. From the terrace you can see a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometres you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. The farmhouse is located almost in a secluded location (a direct neighbor), surrounded by meadows and forests in the beautiful East Allgäu.

Our apartment is located in the middle of the Allgäu Alps. We offer the ideal starting point for a visit to Neuschwanstein Castle. Nature lovers and recreational athletes will get their money's worth. The cable car to Buchenberg is only 150 meters away. Restaurants and a supermarket are within 5 minutes' walking distance. Lakes are easily reached by car in 5 minutes. High-quality gas grill including gas is available free of charge.
