The bright, quiet 90 square meter apartment is very close to the center and at the same time in the countryside. 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each plus space for 2 sleeping places in the living area. Modern well-furnished bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living-dining area with Swedish stove / TV / Wi-Fi and direct exit to the covered seating area (+ grill). Within a 15-minute walk, you can reach the old town, restaurants, shopping, public transport (train/PostBus/boat) and lake promenade.

Unsere gemütliche, grosse, helle Wohnung ist ideal für 1 - 3 Gäste, die sich eine erholsame Auszeit wünschen. Es ist auch ein prima Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Umgebung und zu interessanten Zielen. Auch im Herbst und Winter! Zum See sind es nur ein paar Minuten den Berg hinunter. Hier könnt Ihr mit der Fähre nach Meersburg übersetzen - und auch die Insel Mainau ist nicht weit. In die Altstadt führt ein schöner langer Uferweg oder der kostenlose, direkte Bus (ca. 15 min.).

In beautiful apartment 4 you will soon feel at home on "the island". It was renovated and refitted in the spring of 2025 in a very stylish and high-quality manner – natural wood elements, herringbone parquet, designer furniture. The apartment can accommodate 4 + 1 people and can be combined with the neighbouring apartment 6 (+2 people). There is a lockable bicycle port, towels and bed linen, fly screens, as well as common kitchen utensils and appliances such as a dishwasher, toaster, etc.

This modern studio apartment is located close to the lake (3 min.) and offers a clean and earthy design. The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

Space for solo travelers in Allensbach!

Lake Constance and park 10 min, train 12 min, Kliniken Schmieder 5 min, Constance by car or train 15 min. 35 m² of space for you alone, private bathroom, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, DeLonghi capsule machine, kettle, dishes. You have a view of the countryside and an entrance in the basement. New construction 2011, underfloor heating, perfect for solo travelers. You have it friendly and inspiring. If you only have 2 days off in between, just ask :) Wonderful as a home office -

A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cosy, only 200m from the bathing area at the lake. With a beautiful view of the castle park, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in BW (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open daily all year round from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

GöttiFritz - 360-degree views with breakfast

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a living area of around 125 m² surrounded by nature. Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us. House Münsterblick - Apartment Maria Insel Reichenau

Haus Münsterblick is located at the center of the famous World Heritage Island. 
Here you can reach everything on foot. Relax between history and nature, within walking distance of the lake. The famous monastery and the church of St. George can be reached in about 10 minutes by foot. Towels, linens and final cleaning are included in the price. Tourist tax will be charged separately. No Pets Allowed

Findling -with its own beach, directly on Bodensee

Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.
