Quiet area within walking distance to restaurants and shops

We felt super comfortable this week. It was super quiet and a great location. Since we had a small private terrace, we could enjoy the evening in a relaxed way. Since I myself own a horse, it was wonderful for me to see horses in the immediate vicinity, I felt at home. Karim and his family are great hosts. If we go to the area again, we will rent this apartment again. Everything was really great!👍

We recommend this place to anyone visiting Zurich! The apartment was beautiful and in a perfect location. Milan was so friendly and hospitable, which really added to the experience. We would happily stay again!

Jasmin and Reda with the two sweet children are a very nice host family who live under the apartment and make sure that the guests can sleep in We felt very comfortable in the tastefully furnished apartment There was also no shortage of organic tea and coffee, as well as good soap products. The lake is within walking distance and there is good access for SUPs. All in all, we can really recommend the apartment

Absolutely perfect apartment for a young family. In a perfect location, directly on the promenade with great views, very nice and bright and wonderfully stylish and lovingly furnished. There's nothing missing! And Leonie was one of the best hosts we've had so far. Always available and with great tips!

We had a lovely stay at Gaienhofen. The accommodation offers everything you need. The rooms are nicely designed and everything is clean. Communication went smoothly. Clear recommendation.

We (2 adults and a teenager) liked it very much, we spent an extended weekend and appreciated the spacious, well-equipped apartment, the great view, the beautiful terrace and the uncomplicated communication with Vera. The proximity to the Rhine, the many hiking trails along the Rhine and to the Rhine Falls as well as the cosy 'Taverne Nohlbuck' within walking distance inspired us. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation.

We had a great time staying at Eckharts place. The place was clean, spacious, and flooded with light, in a very peaceful neighbourhood with all stores in walkable distance. There’s a neighbour’s car that comes greeting in the garden every day, which is great. We had some funny scaredy cat moments as sometimes the ceiling was creaking mysteriously…. And at night the bed made mysterious sounds… but nothing too scary 😁 The host is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for having us!

The house is ideal for 2-3 people and is located in a quiet street. From the terrace, you have a beautiful wide view of meadows and trees. Everything was very well maintained and clean. It's great that there are toiletry and care products as well as cleaning products in sufficient quantities and even a "minibar" is offered if you arrive later or have forgotten something. The carport offers so much space that you can also park bicycles. A great starting point to explore Ravensburg, Bald Waldsee, Bad Wurzach, etc. Communication with Manuel was flawless and super fast. We will be happy to come back.

All are very clean, and there's everything we needed for our week-long stay with a small family . Thank you for your warm welcome, for the fresh eggs from your chicken coop. The whole family felt comfortable in the accommodation, especially the large window in the dining table area we liked very much. The interior is also friendly and cozy. The hosts are very friendly and seek contact with the holiday guests, pass on instructions and information, if you were unclear, you could contact them at any time, which we appreciated very much. I had a wonderful time at Valerie and Tobi's place! The house was not only tastefully furnished, but also sparkling clean and equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Valerie and Tobi were very friendly and attentive hosts who were available for any questions and had helpful tips about the area. The place has a very great layout and is very cozily furnished. It has everything you need for a stay in the area. The seat in front of the house was wonderful for dinner in the evening sun. The surroundings are very quiet and pleasant. Our special requests were quickly fulfilled and the communication with Franziska was very pleasant and uncomplicated. Public transport connections for excursions in the area are also good. We highly recommend the accommodation for holidays in the region with family. And will also be happy to come back sometime. Very nice home right in the old town. I recommend the creperie down the street and Stein am Rhein was a wonderful place to spend a weekend. Cherry tree in the backyard was delicious and the home was clean and well worth the price.

Was at the sporting event in Rapperswil. The accommodation is close to the train station, where you can go in all directions. Optimal. The accommodation is very quiet. Everything was fine. Thank you, Jana and many nice guests.

We were now at Tobias' place for the second time. Like last time, we felt very comfortable in the apartment. There was nothing missing in amenities. The area is totally quiet and we slept well. We'd love to come back next year. We definitely recommend the apartment!

Super pleasant stay for 4. The outdoor area is already like a spa and is mega clean. We had absolutely nothing to complain. The hosts are also extremely nice and accommodating. Especially when it comes to check-in and check-out, you can talk openly with both of them and they will accommodate you. We felt very comfortable from start to finish and will definitely ask again if we are looking for accommodation in this area.

Excellent accommodation for a holiday with children. Ines provides everything extra such as a baby bed, fall protection, and many books and toys. It was very clean and the kitchen more than excellently equipped. The trains do not disturb you, because they are barely audible. The local shop around the corner offers everything you need, including a fresh food counter. We were also able to charge our car at the Wallbox at an okay price. Overall, an unreserved recommendation!

We immediately felt very comfortable! The apartment is very spacious, superbly equipped, beautifully furnished and very clean. The beautiful garden with great flowers and herbs remains a wonderful memory. From the house, you can walk to the Moos beach, enjoy beautiful hikes or take bike tours on the lake. A beautiful, stylishly furnished apartment. Beautiful garden to enjoy the peace and quiet and relax, even with a view of the lake. Very comfortable deck chairs. Kitchen equipment good, it would be perfect if it had spices instead of just pepper and salt. A casserole dish would have been great for us. We really enjoyed our time at Niclas.

The place was beautifully decorated, with a lot of love for detail. Everything was very clean and the amenities left nothing to be desired. Tobi was always available, responded quickly and provided us with helpful tips. We felt completely comfortable – highly recommended!
