East of Route 1, equidistant to both Rehoboth & Dewey beaches, about 1/2 mile easy bike/walk. Brand new for 2021, this fully equipped guest suite offers a private entrance, bedroom with a king bed on an adjustable frame, full bath, laundry, and a kitchenette. There is NO STOVE in this unit but we have provided a microwave and toaster convection oven/air fryer for easy beach meal prep. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing. Please note that this unit is strictly limited to 2 mature adults.

Welcome to charming Rehoboth Beach where you can shop, dine and enjoy the seashore. The apartment is directly on the bike trail which we highly recommend you explore using the 4 provided bikes! It is above my fine art studio (Laura Killpack) and walking/biking distance to town. The spacious studio apartment has two queen beds, one full bathroom and outdoor shower. Newly renovated with thoughtful artistic touches and high quality comfort. We strive to make our guest experiences exceptional!

Space was super clean & exactly what we expected. Instructions on how to get there & how to get in were easy to follow. The host was unbelievably kind & gracious. Helped us with any issues or problems we had. Perfect space for two people. If I go back to Rehoboth beach I would want to stay there again.

Great place and very clean. The bathrooms were great, only thing I noticed was the bed a little hard but that might be your style but it wasn’t for me. Amazing place and would absolutely recommend, amazing for the money and the one of the owners that I met was super nice.

We LOVED staying here for a quick weekend trip. The location was absolutely perfect and convenient, and the condo itself was beautiful! It was very clean and well-maintained, and the pool deck and other amenities were wonderful. We didn’t have any issues as Gail was extremely thorough with her check-in and check-out instructions! I could not recommend this place enough and would love to stay here again during peak season!

My wife and I are self proclaimed picky Airbnb snobs. That said, Heather‘s condo was perfect for us. It is absolutely beautiful with such careful attention to important details for a really relaxing stay. Quality sheets and towels included and the little extra touches like shampoo/conditioner, coffee pods, etc were a nice surprise. An extremely comfortable king-size bed, well appointed kitchen, lots of parking and an easy drive to the beach; it checked all the boxes. As always, we enjoyed the restaurants in town and even more watching the Final Four in the comfy living room while also enjoying the balcony. We will be back again in-season for longer beach days and the pool!
